Vamoose bus stop, New York NY

This evening I’m at 7: 00pm trip
from NYC to Arlington VA
Bus has double sits right and left sides
Co bus driver sitting front right sit by him self not letting anyone sit next to him and left front sit that is a young lady sitting by herself they didn’t let anyone sit there either holiday time Unfortunate the bus is completely full Co driver has very terrible attitude with passengers
Co driver not nice to people.

I hope management hey attention to this issue

EXTREMELY UPSET! When we came to NY, the bus was nice and it arrived on time. But the next day we were supposed to leave at 6 but they changed the timings and we didn’t even know. We had to stay in NY and pay for the hotel room. I also had work the next day so i was not happy. Waste of time and money

Always on time pick up. In two years, only one late drop off due to extreme weather conditions. Staff prompt and courteous. A plus is their rewards program. Check it out!

Do not ride Vamoose. My partner and I purchased 9: 30 a.m. Tickets together to take a bus from Manhattan to Northern Virginia. I arrived at 8: 50 a.m, before my partner arrived, and the Vamoose staff (her name was Lydia) herded me and everyone else in line for the 9: 30 bus onto a bus leaving at 9: 20 a.m. Lydia said the bus would be leaving early, but she neglected to inform passengers that there would be a second bus coming to pick up the rest of the customers in line. I decided to get on the bus at about 9: 15, because 1) my partner was 5 minutes away 2) I figured she had plenty of time because the bus was halfway empty and there was still a long line of customers outside who needed to be let onto the bus. However, the bus doors shut and the bus started to leave. I hopped up and asked the bus operator if he could wait, telling him that my partner had purchased a 9: 30 ticket and was almost here, but he said there was a second bus behind me that could take her and that he had to leave to make space for the second bus arriving. He said I could get off and take the other bus, yet my bag was stored beneath the bus behind several other people’s bags. It would not have been possible for me to get off that bus and retrieve my luggage. So I am now stuck on a 5+ hour bus ride alone when the sole reason I purchased this ticket for this time from this company was to share the ride with my partner. I hope Vamoose restores it’s standards of customer service and management so that it will be more communicative with passengers in the future.
