I had the pistachio ice, yuck, it tastes like white powder and someone added some light green powder to it, where is the pistachio, owner go to other vegan places and taste real flavor of things, all your ice cream is just a scoops of sugared powder, with a dash of something artificial flavoring, shamenon you

There were so many changes to the menu and the manager said they didn't even tell them why.

Couldn’t put 0 stars unfortunately. Never order a delivery from this place. Stupidity overloaded there. The road to me was 25 minutes by car. The order I was waiting for 1h45 minutes! And guess what? They brought me the wrong order! All filled with chemical chocolate, other trash artificial flavors and tons of sugar! I ordered two ice-creams with plain taste: vanilla and pistachio and got this vomiting honey fudge something trash! And they tried to put it on the delivery guy that it was him who made a mistake! Though he asked twice if it was the right order! And don’t even get me started on 1fcn hour of who knows what you’ve been doing with two ice-creams! Of course it takes the whole hour to get the ice-cream from the fridge and put it to the bag! Of course! Idk who works there but lazy slowpokes is the least name I can create for them! Spoiled the whole already disgusting rainy day even more!

There are so many flavors to choose from. I tasted the Marionberry Cheesecake, it was so good. But, I had the Praline Butter Cake it was creamy with lots butter cake pieces and chopped pecans.
The classic strawberry was evenly delicious, smooth, and creamy flavor. The customer service is spectacular, I like that the first thing they ask if I have any food allergies.

Ridiculously expensive scoop prices (better buy a prepackaged pint), and lies about recycling - both trash and recycling bins have identical black trash bags.

There isn’t better ice cream in the city! Dairy and non-dairy options are amazingly flavorful and rich. What are you waiting for!?

Ice cream is fine, some flavors are better than others. I can't speak highly of the experience. I used to take my daughter here for ice cream every Friday after school. Then they suddenly became neurotically miserly and threatened to charge me $14 for one scoop because I told my 3 year old daughter I would have a couple of bites of the flavor she picks. I ended getting a cup just for her and was watched the entire time. The other places in the area (Blue Marble, Ample Hills) don't have ice cream police behind the counter so I go to those instead.

I am lactose intolerant and can’t really have regular ice cream. Most brands I’ve tried are disgusting but Van Leeuwen has allowed me to enjoy ice cream again.

Usually empty this time of year.lovely selection though I go for the basic chocolate. Friendly workers.

I have had Van Leeuwen prepacked from a store, this is my first time to enjoy it fresh. It is so delicious and pampering

Their honey comb and earl grey tea is my favorite. It’s very sweet so I usually get a small cup to avoid sugar overload

We were so excited to see that Van Leeuwen Ice Cream started to serve 2 fall seasonal special flavors which were Pumpkin Cheesecake and Vegan Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Pie recently.

We tried the Pumpkin Cheesecake and it was delicious, full of pumpkin taste and perfect for fall with creamy & rich texture. My friend got the vegan dark chocolate pumpkin pie but she didn't like it and thought it's a little wired.

I typically like van leeuwen, but I paid 7.09$ for a small serving of strawberry shortcake vegan ice cream. It was completely frost bitten and did not taste good. I ate about half of it, and the little that I ate turned my stomach. Sucks for anyone else who was served that that day. Please make a better effort to not charge people for product that’s not up to your company’s standards

My favorite van leeuwen location. Always nice staff and I go with the works every time. You’re also very close to the iconic Brooklyn Pony aka a traffic barrier with a rat that has a saddle.

There’s this employee that works here (i believe her name is Tysha) and she gives great customer service.smiles bright and helps make sure us customers are satisfied with our ice cream choices. 5 stars across the board
