Verizon, New York NY

This store has one manager doing absolutely no work for each employee tasked with helping customers, so expect a line. I dealt with a reasonable sales person, but she left out a lot of details about the nonsense charges that Verizon charges new customers. I suppose it's the normal game played by these folks, but why must we accept it as normal?

I went to this store knowing exactly what I wanted. I was assisted by a very kind and knowledgeable woman. She was patient with me and showed me many of the features of the phone. The other clerks in the store offered suggestions of free apps. The best part was, they were not pushy. I told them what I wanted and they didn't try to upsale me too much (offered products, but when I said no, they left it at that). Great store.

Really disappointed with customer service here. After waiting for over an hour they were still unable to help. My recommendation is to buy a phone from the Apple store because then you never have to deal with the Verizon representatives at this store. Apple's customer service has also been extremely helpful and efficient.

I was in need of two fast-charging chargers, when I went into this store. The gentleman who helped me was attentive. He took the time to show me all of my charging, memory and Bluetooth options. Also as a Verizon Wireless customer, they allowed me to charge all of my devices while I waited there in the store. (I ended up purchasing 3 chargers, 32gb in extra memory, and a Bluetooth headset)

I highly recommend this Verizon store in particular. James has been so helpful in explaining all my issues away. I never feel rushed or misinformed. As I travel around the city constantly for my business and I dont have time to have the wrong answers or mis information I will always go out of my way to visit this Verizon and for there customer service skills are 4 oops 5 stars. Ask for James.
