Francisco is amazing at what he does! Let me know exactly what I’m getting and what I’m paying for, was able to help me trade in my phone, no over sales pitch making buy things I didn’t need. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for an upgrade or switching to Verizon!

Awesome customer service from Curtis. This is my all time favorite Verizon Store in Rochester. These guys are always kind and courteous. They treat the customers with dignity and respect. I can't say that for all the Verizon locations that I have visited.

I like my new phone but the predatory sales and customer service would never get me back there. I was being pushed to buy a more expensive phone, I get they work on commission not a problem but I got the phone I had researched and wanted. I was switching from IPhone to Android and was told that I could not use my current headphones and would have to buy new ones. I was directed to some - the least expensive $80 which I purchased. When I got home there was an adaptor in the box so I could use the countless number of IPhone headphones I already had. Then the salesperson was ordering me a phone in the color I had preferred, I didn't hear anything back and when I reached out to him he told me it had been there but was after the 14 day limit to switch. No one ever contacted me, no one ever told me that I only had 14 days, I even stopped in and another salesperson told me he could not help me because he was not the salesperson but could see it in his system. So it was there and so was I but I couldn't get it from him. I know I was there within the 14 days because I took the headphones back that I was duped into buying. I realize this is not the end of the world but I work hard and everything I earn is for my family and this type of sales and customer service is disappointing and costly. I do not recommend anyone gong to this location.
The guys that helped me were awesome! Came in to get my broken screen fixed and they managed to upgrade me to a brand new phone for cheaper! They also love the Disco Biscuits and Phish so obviously these are the types of dudes you want handling your business. B4L, sorry if you don't. 5 out of 5 would recommend. Great job guys. Brandon was so helpful and kind. He helped me with my Hum app and set up my phone after my old phone died. I love the service and atmosphere of the store. They did a great job and Brandon has earned my business going forward.
Selfish and rude. They charge for programming your phone. People who know how to do this, tell you they will help you out so you purchase a new phone or whatever. Yet they charge you for a service that requires minimal effort on their part. As I was told, they have to charge that so they can provide heat and electricity to the bldg. Didn't even care.just wanted another paying customer.
I'm not technology-savvy and they gave me all the options I had instead of only the options that I knew about. Very respectful and courteous and look forward to shopping again.
Went to replace a lost phone. I was shown a Convoy 4 flip phone (need physical buttons). I was quoted $315.00 for a phone that list for $202. When I asked about features for visually impaired the salesperson had no knowledge of its ability but still tried to push me into this phone at an inflated price. I was also informed I couldn’t return the phone if it didn’t meet my requirements. He just kept on saying “what can I do to get you out the door with this phone today? ”
Obviously, getting you out the door with as much of your money as possible is their primary concern, and not what is best for their customers. Go somewhere else.
Chris entered me into a a contract for 2 years without disclosing it to me and after I found out it jacked my bill up they told me it was past the 14day return policy and nothing I could do.over a $500.00 loss in total Customer service recommends not doing business with authorized retailers to avoid this Thanks Verizon!
