Extremely unsatisfied with my experience at this location. I was looking to upgrade my phone. Never had an issue doing so in the past. The man I was seated with was severely lacking knowledge. He questioned his every move, threw a bunch of numbers at me, and then forgot what he had just told me. He was all over the place and needed assistance figuring out the computer software. I was there for about 20 minutes in which we kept going in circles until i was so frustrated i left with nothing. His lack of confidence in what he was telling me made me uncomfortable in moving forward. I’m very disappointed I’m writing this review on the same phone i walked into Verizon with. Don’t recommend this location.
