Brian was extremely helpful! He answered all my questions and helped fix what was wrong with my phone. We discussed new plans for my family and came up with the best solution for my cercumstance. I would definitely call him for help again!

I came into the store today and got a new Apple Watch and a new phone and my experience was amazing because Bryan helped me! He worked over the time it closed to make sure I got to set my phone up correctly and made sure I was okay with all things on my phone and watch. He was very nice and welcoming to my family and I. He is very hardworking and I would recommend anyone to see him next time they get a new phone or Apple Watch!

I came into the Verizon store store today and had a great experience. Brian helped me fast and was very hard working. He explained everything and showed me how to use the devices I purchased. He really made the trip good and he is a very good worker. I appreciate his dedication and he was very nice.

I just went to get a new phone today at this store and had to say the customer service was absolutely amazing! Brian actually listened to me and didn't try to steer me into buying a phone that I didn't need. He was very friendly and didn't seem to have that cloud of stress that often accompanies sales people. I stopped by the Verizon store after downloading a virus on my phone. The sales guy Aaron was helpful, informative, friendly and professional. He was able to fix the issue and I did not need to file a phone claim which saved me time and convenience.

I came in with several questions after having done research on upgrading my phone on line. John was very patient and accommodating. It took quite a while for me to decide because I always want to make sure I’m getting the best deal especially if there are promotions going on. He was very professional and even stayed beyond closing time without ever rushing me along. He explained everything thoroughly and always made sure I agreed and understood every step. He went over my bill and actually changed my plan that saves me money because of one of the promotions. This is my second experience buying a phone at this location and their customer service can’t be beat. I’ve just referred a family member who’s looking to upgrade.
