I came into the Verizon store thinking I was going to have to go someplace else for help and there was Anthony, very positive and ready to help.
He was very knowledgeable and patient with me, a somewhat technology challenged soul.
After spending an hour and half with me I am pleased to leave here with a new phone and a hum.
