Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra, Albany NY

Walked into the store and was completely ignored. Not really sure what I expected when I walked into a Verizon store but that was not it. Zero customer service.

Really helpful. Fast & Great service. Happy with whole experience. Marcel was super helpful.

I will never return here. The guy could careless about what I wanted, kept looking at his nails as the tablet loaded up. I walked out and went to the other one up the street. Avoid this location.

I went in there to upgrade to the iPhone 12 and did. All three guys there jumped in to expedite the transaction and all went smoothly.

Excellent customer service. I dealt with a real professional, who made me want to go back to Verizonwireless for internet service providers' services. Malikka was great.

Just went in to this store, braced for the worst, and had what was indubitably the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store. I usually leave frustrated and shedding angry tears.

Alexandra was amazing I can in frustrated and she made everything better while helping me she still was helping other customers stayed late with me until issue was resolved she’s the best there thanks and I will be enjoying my 11 pro max

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. Stopped by to upgrade phone. Alex the lazy sales clerk got annoyed because we asked her to answer questions. Her annoyance turned into blatant disrespect. When we said we didn’t have to purchase a new phone there she responded, good. We asked to speak with manager and get this he was standing right there. Jared Houser (the manager) sat back as his staff demonstrated the lowest level of customer service possible. AVOID this place. Staff as very young, immature and the manager has NO VOICE or leadership skills. Go anywhere BUT HERE.

Went in to pay off my device and trade it in toward a new one. The GM was assisting me and knew I was looking at what my total monthly payment would be at the end of the transaction. Told me to pick out a good home case and screen protector. Told him I usually got them from Apple. He said that it was just a special cause I was in the store that day and I’d be walking out paying nothing for them. Ok fine. Once I got home and looked at the receipt for $70 which I was led to believe was just taxes, I found the GM had discounted the screen protector and phone case and took it out of the trade in value of my old device, leaving me with a higher overall monthly payment. Super shady. I went in the next day and returned the phone case but was stuck with a now $28 phone screen protector (same thing available for $6 for 2 on Amazon) because it was already on my phone. Yeah, it had a warranty where you pay $10 to ship a new protector.still cheaper on Amazon, or anywhere for that matter. Asked for the GM to contact me to resolve the issue. Haven’t heard from him in about 3 weeks now. Go ANYWHERE else for your VZW service needs. Shady business practices and they take care of themselves, not the customers needs.

Came in to the store to get my phone transferred & not only did I get excellent service from Nijae Boyd but he took hours out of his day to figure my content transfer out & helped me pick out a case also put my screen protector on. I recommend this location whenever shopping for a new phone & definetly the sales rep Nijae.

Walked in to view a phone and a rep with cool locs, walked right up to us to chat and offer help! Super cool and not pushy.

Malik, Noel & Akita were Absolutely Amazing! They were extremely helpful and explained everything in a clear way. They are professional, friendly & extremely knowledgeable! Total asset to the company!

Amazing people! Once you walk in, you’ll feel the friendly environment. I’ve been to other places and it took me hours to get a small thing done. I got a phone, went through the whole process of transferring my information, trading my old phone, getting lots of things in promotion (I mean it when I say a lot!) and then walked out in less than 40 minutes. Definitely try their store and ask for Felisha or Virgil.

Experience was nice and got us all set up. Fees were not explained as they charged $19.99 to setup each phone. I guess it is buyer beware. Didn't realize I was being charged until I looked at receipt when I got home. When I was checking out I asked what the charges were for and he told me it was for taxes on the phones.

Noel and Felisha were so amazing. I was helped and everything was explained to me carefully. Love the store and the employees.

Virgil the store manager has excellent
customer service abilities. He is calm and willing to help fix concerns that prove to be complicated and time consuming. He and his staff maintains a smile, calm speech and understanding. I had a great experience

Virgil and Noel were extremely helpful making sure everything transferred over to my phone and that I got the best deal possible. Thanks guys! (Also Noel's laugh is great)

Came in today and Noel assisted me and helped transfer my stuff without making me feel like an idiot. Great personality and fun to be around.
