Noel was very professional. Well knowledgeable, energetic and very courteous. He answered all of my concerns. It was a pleasure meeting him. I will definitely come and patronize this store again.

Wish I could rate this store a zero. This is not a true Verizon store and instead a Victra wireless store. I was entirely mislead and worked over from the moment I entered. If you buy anything from this store they will try to up sell you and mislead you into thinking you’re getting a deal. Notice I didn’t say lie, they are careful not to lie but they certainly know what they’re doing. Which is why the manager is quick to be defensive - HE KNOWS HE’S A SCAM!

Noel was so helpful from start to finish. He did not try to overwhelm you with information and never tried to upsell me anything. I would highly recomend coming to see him here for your next phone purchase.

Great service. Went to Crossgates first and was ignored. So we decided to go to Colonie Center. Noel waited on us and was helpful and patient. He restored my faith in Verizon.

Incredibly helpful until they couldn't transfer my phone information and then left me to wait over half an hour to cancel my contact, further irritated by the gentlemen taking a customer that came in after I was already being helped.

Noel was absolutely amazing! I came in to just get a case and he explained my account and the deals that were available to me. I walked out with a brand new amazing phone and a tablet. Everything was clearly explained and I am so happy with my gadgets. He was extremely helpful and set up everything for the helpless techie that I am. Highly recommend this store and especially Noel! I'll see him for my next upgrade in the future.

Sorry I couldn't rate this store zero. If you use this store at all make sure you have a tape recorder with you and a lawyer to look at your contract. Notice this is not verizon but Victra wireless. I was totally mislead lead from the moment I entered the shop. Remember when you buy anything from this shop, I warned you

I was at the Verizon Store in Albany, N. Y.at Colonie Center Mall. This man Ronald Wade, was very helpful. My phone fell in water. Ronald got it and put it in the redux machine. He got it working. He was very professional, very helpful and is an asset to the store.

Noel was wonderful. Went to different Verizon and Noel was the only rep that listened to me and came up with a plan tiered to what I wanted. Go to him. He is the man.

Excellent Service I couldn't be more happy. Walk in expecting it to be a nightmare but Manager Antaeus was actually getting ready to leave for his shift but stayed and assisted me with my Dead Phone. I walked out with a new phone new Tablet awesome Moto Mods for my phone and a lowered my monthly bill. Best experience at Verizon GO TO THIS STORE!
