Walmart Supercenter, Utica NY

This store is a mess. Nothing is stocked! Employee's are preoccupied with their cell phones and help is very difficult to find. If I could give a negative score I would have!

Hate that place. I need a sedative after about 15 minutes of entering. Rude clientele.uninformed staff. Go to Herkimer it's with the ride

I go there all the time. It's just scary now with Covid. All lot of people are not wearing mask. People are still being admitted to the hospital, so not everyone has gotten the vaccine.

This store has become a disaster. Shelves poorly stocked and the cashier situation is crazy. Busy Saturday afternoon 3 cashiers open and 20 people waiting for self checkout. I refuse to self checkout until they start paying me. Waited in line for 1/2 hour which was not as long as self check out waited. Walmart isabout to lose a lot of customers if this keeps up. But I know they don't care.

Good service is sporadic. Some employees treat you like you are imposing on their personal time if you ask for help.some go out of their way to greet you and help. Grocery pickup has items out of stock too often, or does not make what is available in store for grocery pickup. Will continue to shop there as good outweighs bad and location is convenient.

Went for hardware and some groceries at the same time. Good prices. Checked myself out with no waiting. Masks worn, social distancing observed.

Prices are better than price chopper and hannafords but seems lately they have been picked over not a great selection as of lately

Everything thing from prescriptions to auto repairs. One stop shopping. Prices are fair but the selection isn't what it used to be.

I understand the challenges of covid but for God's sake restock your freezes. MAYBE, MAYBE you should stop eliminating positions and hire more help. What a horrible experience. BOTH stores.

I Actually Love Walmart I Go Shopping There With My Family Every 2 Weeks To A Month Every Month

As much as many people dislike the self checkout, I enjoy it. At 10pm it's nice to be able to go in and quickly check out without the hassle of waiting in line for the 2 items you needed.

Produce was lacking, actual rotten tomatoes on floor. Stuff I usually buy not on shelves. I asked for my favorite creamer, the stock guy said they were out without even checking in back.

Good experience shopping and I have noticed that many items have been reduced in price over last several months good for us shoppers, thank you walmart.

Went grocery shopping this evening at Wal-mart and found everything I needed. Only problem is the grocery bags are more flimsy and tear easily.cashier had to double bag some of my groceries.because they easily tore at the side where you grasp the handles. I have always enjoyed shopping there and will continue. BUT PLEASE PURCHASE BETTER QUALITY BAGS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS.with that being said I still give it a 5, because of their prices.but sad if my bottle of pickles fell out of the bag

I like Wal-Mart at this location because when I go to the electronics dept. To pick up my phone card they always cash me out with other store items which saves me great time.

The customers in this store are very rude it doesn't matter what time of the day it is. But the employees were very nice.

Great vehicles and excellent service! Kevin specifically, provided excellent service. He is very friendly and accommodating. No pressure like other places we have been to in the past!

I work at this Walmart just after it became a Supercenter.the price scanners that are scattered around the store for customer use didn't work. I stopped in today and had to scan bag of grapes guess what didn't work.
And all these years this Walmart has not changed.
It sucks

Wal Mart does not have enough staff, nor cashier's. Quality of products is.cheap, no selections in anything. What has become of Wal Mart? The smallest thing is not on the be shelf. Prtoducts are not marked with a price, Where are the price check machines. I leave and go some where else.

Don't like to be on the band wagon about this Walmart, but every price that wrang up wrong was questioned even when the yellow clearance sticker was clear as day. Sorry not sorry
