Walmart Supercenter, Utica NY

Don’t ever call here. I called 8 times and was hung up on each time by the Customer Service Desk. They answered said, “No” and hung up.

Doesn't make me want to buy merchandise from this store as when I walk into the store there are associates and customers outside sitting all over the merchandise that is stacked on the sidewalk smoking.

The the older lady (Kaye) is really rude. Walmart needs a better employee to be at the customer service desk.

Good, just hard to find restrooms, and it is also hard to walk through the store without buy thing that's not on a list.

Not only do they have the slowest cash registers EVER, they rarely have enough open or at the customer service desk. They run out of food due to sales volume and are slow to replace items. Electronics department workers are knowlegeble and professional, specially Muhammad who helped me with my TV.

Could of had better customer service and had a wait in line to check out. Not the fault of the employees but management needs to get on it.

This place sucks 11pm 1 cashier open 7 carts in line 30 min to cash out a company that makes 300 billion annually you would think this place could afford 2 checkouts unacceptable!

Very very bad place to buy wic and long lines for payment they close all the cashaic and open only 3 or 4 and you should wait for long time

Wal-Mart app's mapping to get there was horrible. We asked an associate a question and he gave a half-assed attempt at helping. Lady at the U-scans was nice and helpful.

Very ghetto and unclean also most of the employees are very unprofessional, I'd much rather go to the Rome Walmart.

Went through the garden department to exchange my propane tank for a full one. No lines or no wait. Awesome.
