33Wavecrest: When there is a water outtage, please make the announcement complex or building wide. Too many water outtages come up last minute as "emergencies" without estimated timeline in sight, leaving residents in the dark on a routine basis. Communications is lacking on Wavecrest's end. Please fix your communications practice.
It was fantastic. The staff were warm and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Daly. He made filling out the necessary paperwork effortless. I loved the offices and decor as well! Very comfortable! ️️️

Im living in pure filth they don't want to hire people to clean the building and if they hire people they expect one person to clean three building do disposals and yet you're paying rent you try to complain to them and they absolutely do nothing hiring people that are not doing their job and yet they still want you to pay rent
Worst management ever specially their building manager shalim he never fixes anything for me to get anything done i have to call 311 its horrible my apartment leaks from the roof they do nothing my kitchen cabinet is full of mold smfh
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They give people the run around! I attended and interview almost 5 months ago. A few days ago I called to inquire and was told that my application was still being processed without asking me for any information! I’m not sure how they give people the status of their application without inquiring with the customer for at least a name! It’s obvious that they are just trying to brush people off the phone and giving folks inaccurate information. Very unreliable and liars!
I had appointment for Livonia apt at 115-12 Jamaica ave, with Nastassia Mohabir, log #1272, after I provided all the required papers and was told to bring complementary documents in 5 days, I went back and handed all the needed paperwork with a new home address. A month later, I contacted Mrs Mohabir via e-mail and She told me that my application was rejected due to over income and the appeal time time-frame is passed, this is very weird, not only my income is correct and fit for the apartment but they also did not send me notification to my current address to let me know of the denial so I can appeal on time, I am very disappointed. Who they gonna give my apartment because as far as I know, it's a lottery and my name came out with my family? !
Horrible company they don’t care I’ve been applied for apartment and I have yet to get a response back from this horrible company

The person in charged of my building Monique I believe this sorry excuse of a human being, name to be. I reside in one of their bronx locations and it is terrible! The elevator is always out of service, both my mom and son were stuck, not once but twice. Bums and other neighborhood Adolescence and adults come and smoke marijuana in the hallways all day and nothing gets done about it. Oh wait I lied, they did hired 5-6 guys back in august to patrol the building that worked well but they were only contracted for 1 MONTH! I dont care how many times my family, along with other families in the building bring our concerns to this management they fall on death ears and blind eyes. It makes no sense. But let them not get an affidavit signed, please updated, or rent paid they spare not one minute to make sure they can collect. It's terrible my son had to step over crackheads, weed paraphernalia and more. Once it was a couple living under the stairs, mattress and all. They dealt with that issue when they felt like it. Just called the management to report non residents smoking weed in the lobby! And guess what that lady put me on hold and I've been there for the duration of this lengthy review. Dont come to them, you are better off sleeping in a box underneath an underpass.
DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS. They are unresponsive, avoid phone calls, and do not make necessary repairs, all while demanding that rent is still paid. Absolutely deplorable management group.
I’ve been dealing with Wavecrest Mgmt.for some time now. All throughout the lottery process they have been responsive and professional.
Wavecrest Management Team Ltd has provided me with great service. I'm currently in the lottery apartment process and the staff been very helpful. They respond to any questions I have quickly.
This management never gave me my security deposit after my lease expired. It's been months since I moved out. I left voicemails, emails, and wrote a letter to no avail. At one point, they contacted me saying no one was home for an annual inspection. They never even realized I left!
THIS IS EXTREMELY SAD I HAVE SEEN BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE AND THEY STILL AIN'T CHANGE NOTHING ALL THEY DO IS NOT ANSWER THEY PHONES AND SEND PEOPLE TO COURT FOR THEIR MISTAKES IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE THEY BEED TO GET IT TOGETHER BECAUSE I WILL HAVE MY LAWYER ON THEM HELP ME HOWARD AND HPD SHUT ALL THEY PLACES DOWN NOW FIX IT OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS.
I could not get information on my account; that I been paying for the last four years. I have been calling the the last 3 days for information on my account, the only thing I, known at this moment is, that my money I been paying for four years is it could be or couldn't be not credited to my account. Why can I get answers in a quick fashion along with answers to solve the problem.
Polite and respectful people. I went there to pick up an application for an apartment and they supplied me with several additional applications. I returned the filled application and they immediately filed it and told me to wait for written instructions thru the mail. I now have hope again in mankind!
Need to be more organized, having you waiting for someone to come from the back to help you with whatever you need
I live at the 488 E 163rd building for a little over year and I can honestly say the management team gets a B and the maintenance gest an A. My building is always clean the guys are always picking up the trash on the outside and inside. My complaint is about some of the tenant whom use the party room and don’t clean up after themselves.
The time it took to respond to the review's posted sums it all up! Learn who's important if you want things done try try again. Unfortunately the chain of command usually hits the top for results.
I really wish I could give Wavecrest Management ZERO STARS.
