Never had a issue with my apt. But I can definitely say calling them is hell. They will never return your calls or even answer the phone.

Worst company ever, not reliable, cant even reply to emails in a timely manner. Manager doesn't care, the run that place like a circus, everyone does what they want, employees dress sloppy and are un-eduacted. For sure reporting them to the better business bureau

This company and employees are horrible. As if apartment hunting in NYC isnt bad enough. Walter Dawes called me on February 8th and told me he had an 2 bedroom apartment ready for me to move into as long as everything good. I gave him all paperwork he asked for within 5 days and did not hear anything from him for weeks. After days of demanding to speak to someone i found out he just let my paperwork sit and i ended up being rejected for the apartment. The next day he calls me and tell me he spoke with his supervisor and they are going to process my application and the apartment is still available. Everytime i call he never responded. I had to threaten to get in touch with his supervisor in order to get a response to find out my application status. At which time he put the resposibility on Lee Ange. Now i have been calling the both of them for a week now and neither of them has the decency to return my call. Its sad because i have been in a housing crisis for years and i just want a stable place for my 2 children. I wish that something could be done about these incompetent workers and screwed up company. I am going to call 311 and find out how to make a complaint to the city as well as BBB. They should be shut down esp.seeing all the tenant complaint on thus website. I should have been moved in a month ago.

I have no clue how this business is still running. No one ever answers their phones, nor return your messages back. They are very unprofessional in my opinion. My apartment has been flooded not once, but twice in the past 3 months, and I am not talking about just a little water leak, no, FLOODED, in the way that, the first time I had to replace my bed and my sons bed because they were completely damaged from the leak. I also had to replace some of my clothes and shoes because the leak were in the closets as well (yes all of my closets). From my toilet papers, paper towels, to my towels in the linen closet. And of course when I called NO ONE picked up or returned my call. Yesterday it happened AGAIN, and it leaked for hours. The two new beds I had bought three months ago are completely ruined, the rest of my clothes I had left in the closet, forget it. I had to take a day off work today, because honestly, I am not working to keep replacing stuff in my house because they aren’t doing proper maintenance on their pipe, that’s neglect on their part, so I went to the management office this morning in the Bronx, and the receptionist told me to call a number she hands me, it’s the same number I am sick and tired of calling. I asked to speak to someone and of course there isn’t anyone there available. So I told her if she can get ahold of someone for me I would highly appreciate that, and she did, she emailed Bob, and muraculously he called me back, however, just to tell me that he is really sorry for yesterday and blah blah blah, but they can not do anything for personal items that were damaged. I have rental insurance, however, my insurance IS NOT going to keep paying for a damage Your management office is causing. So I am taking legal action on them and I will be seeing them in court. Thank god I work with a group of real estate attorneys.

I was contacted 3 times and have paid 3 times for a credit and back ground check in the last 6 months and I’m homless and still have t heard a word. I’m starting to think it’s a scam.because I’m tired of paying money only to hear nothing for weeks then.another email like oh come pay us again to wait for nothing

The building I moved into was brand new 6 years ago and right now it seems like it’s a 20-year-old building. The building is very large with 13 floors and has two elevators which are ALWAYS not functioning 100%. Either one of them is out or both of them are out. I have made numerous complaints and NOTHING gets done. My mother is disabled and she was forced to walk up 11 flights of stairs because both elevators were out for more than 8 hours on Saturday and it lasted until Sunday afternoon. After they were fixed they again broke down on Sunday night into Monday midday. This is crazy and unprofessional. The super was MIA the entire weekend of course - in hiding with no answers for all the tenants in the lobby stuck unable to walk up the stairs, including a man in a wheelchair who slept in Lincoln Hospital because he was unable to get to his home. If you want my opinion DON'T MOVE INTO ANY BUILDING AFFILIATED WITH THIS MANAGEMENT.

Please be aware of this management company, they just want your money. They lie to you so you can pay the application fee, after that nobody answer your emails or calls.

If you hear the name of Brendaly Robles or Daniel Marcus run for your life, they are the worst people to deal with.been waiting a call from Daniel for a week.

1/15/17 The super is playing loud music again. I have to go out even though it is very cold outside. My whole body is shaking and my hands are very cold because the vibrations. I am very suffering and stressful if one day I am suicide is because the downstair super playing loud music again and again to push me to the edge and I can't get any help.

The super play loud music all the time in his apartment in the building. It doesn't matter who you speak to and call, it doesn't change because he is a super.so many parties all year long. I have a medical issue and really suffering

12/24 Afternoon
There are two doors to enter the building. You use electronic key to scan the front door and then there is very limite time to open the second door. If it is too late then have to go back to the front door to scan the electronic key again. I just wanted to enter the building minutes ago, the lady who live downstair was carry so many things and stood in the front door. The nice guy scanned the electronic key already, so I tried to be hurry up to open the send door and hold the door. While I was holding the second door She was very rude screamed at me for not holding the first door and called me bitches. She kept screaming at me when I was in the elevator. How can I hold two doors? I am very scared.

1/8;1/10;1/13 right now the super playing loud music again and again. I am very stressful. I really can't rest at all. I called the office on 1/10 afternoon, they just transferred me to leave a message. I left my phone number and address the reason why I called but nobody called me back. Right now my husband is sick too because when he saw I an suffering he is stress too.

The worst management ever. This company does not care about their tenants, they are just concern about its money. Thought I complain they just ignore it. This unit looks disgusting. If you want to live in a clean and safe environment please do not rent with WAVECREST.

The worse management ever! Never returns phone calls, repairs go months without being fixed! So unprofessional! Just the worse!

They are liars, they mess up your credit by putting false information, even when you pay your bills.

If i was you, I would stay away from wavecrest. I wish someone had told me this earlier. 626 Sutter is a nightmare, at least to me. Its dirty. There is trash in the hallways, on the elevator, in the lobby, outside tge building. People urinates in the elevator. Kids run up amd down the hallways, always sounds like a playground. Ive never lived in a project atmosphere until now. You call and try to.complain and ypu.get nowhere. Worse building and Management Co.ever.

The buliding that i am in is disguisting! Management never does anything all they want is your money. If something breaks i am wainting weeks for it to be fixed. Nobody ever answers their phone or eve returns your call.
