23I couldn't believe how quickly I was seen and taken care of. I had a very short waiting period in the waiting room. Once placed in an examination room I was seen immediately. My issue was quickly diagnosed and a prescription was called into my pharmacy. The staff and doctor were very efficient and competent. I would recommend WellNow Urgent Care in a heartbeat.
I had the need to visit WellNow Urgent Care on Thursday. Everyone was polite and professional in the services they provided. I noticed slight changes since the changeover from Five Star to WellNow ~ though nothing that was too big a deal. I appreciate the follow-up checks that are done via text and would recommend WellNow to others!
I love this place! In and out quickly both times I went and the staff is very sweet, considering both times I was there it was for my babies. Nurse went out of the way to offer popsicles and the doctor brought the toy chest in the room for my 2 yr old.
