Went in for an oil change and inspection without an appointment. Was out of there in less than an hour. Very friendly staff. I will definitely go back. I believe they are open from 7am until 11pm.

Their service used to be fantastic but I feel like ever since they took on Alfa Romeo the quality has declined.

I bought my 2015 Grand Cherokee Laredo three years ago from Westbury Jeep and have been bringing it to Westbury Jeep service department to maintain it ever since. I came in last week for an oil change and explained to my service advisor Jermain that I had a few issues concerning the tire and brakes. He heard my concerns and took action. Jermain was honest and professional. All issues were resolved that day! Sam at the front desk is polite and thorough. It's always a pleasure having my Jeep serviced here.

I have had multiple incidents bringing my 2013 wrangler here for service. The employees who work here lack the competence and knowledge to be able to fulfill there tasks, from scheduling service appointments properly, to actually performing the work that I bought the vehicle into the service center for in the first place.
I have never left satisfied, and the mistakes had me coming back 2 or 3 times for things that should have been done right the first time.

From getting warranty work done to a simple vehicle inspection, nothing was done right. AVOID this place at all costs, and i will be taking my business elsewhere

Amazing Service Center. They performed warranty work on my vehicle. Although I had to return multiple times to have the repair completed, they kept me up to date with the progress and performed a perfect repair.

CHECK THE MILEAGE ON YOUR CAR WHEN YOU PICK IT UP! Dropped off car with less than a thousand miles on it (brand new) for a recall. Got car back with 24 extra miles on it than the receipt stated it had when they checked it out. Service advisor than manager blew me off. I believe someone used my car all weekend for personal purposes. I therefore do not trust this service center and will NEVER return.

I bought my car from Westbury, so the free oil changes, inspections, etc are a no brainer. The service reps are always nice and most importantly reasonable when it comes to making maintenance decisions. The waiting room has free coffee, bagels, and other snacks. The valets are quick to get your car and send you in your way. If I had any criticism it would be that they are always busy, but for all of the right reasons. I've had one or two issues in the past, but they worked hard to resolve them and even set me up with a free detailing to make up for the trouble. I would definitely recommend Westbury.

I purchased the vehicle from the dealership. Car broke down within 3 months. Repair took over a month. At least it was free of charge. Loaner vehicle took a while, and they gave me a car with an expired state inspection so I could have gotten a ticket while driving it. Overall dissatisfied.

Slow, they dont do a thorough job on inspecting your vehicle, four times I've taken my vehicle here after just buying it the past year and it has broken down the same day after leaving all 4×: (

At first this service center was amazing but they don't listen to what is asked if you are coming in for express lane service. I had made clear that my Car's brakes had some issue on two occasions three months apart (went in for oil change) they assured me that they were fine/like new Fast forward two months more brake issues so I took it to my local mechanic who showed the metal on metal issue. Now I have an even more costly repair than if westbury jeep informed me sooner.

Great service and always treated like family when I bring my 2010 Mercedes Benz E550 Coupe always taken care of like a Jeep owner problem fixed at a reasonable price and never feel like I’m being robbed. Derrick my service advisor seems to be very knowledgeable of his job and cars and always seems to do his best to get me the best deal.

Great service check engine light came on they took me without an appointment and was out within the hour

Jeanine and the staff at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Fiat Service have been keeping my Fiat 500 running perfectly for the past three years. Their hours and ease of reserving loaner cars make getting my car serviced in a timely fashion and with my crazy schedule very easy! When leasing my next car I will definitely keep the Service Department in mind when making a final decision!
