Dr. Nazareth was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel very comfortable. The receptionists were very nice there and so were the nurses. I was very pleased with my visit.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Nazareth spends time and listens to your concerns. He truly cares and he loves his job.

This place is pathetic. Just after your money. I spent $120 for a literal 2 minute conversation of them coming in and referring me to someone else. Said i was too young for them. Im 21. The PA looked 16. Thanks for wasting my time and money! I do not recommend this place and based on other reviews Im glad im not the only one.

Amazing doctor and staff! Beautiful spa, with so many options. This is a must do if you need anything, dermatology or spa. You will love them!

I see Carrie Drebelis. She knows her stuff. She is so nice and caring. I never leave that office second guessing her diagnosis. She is spot on. I have a ton of issues and she reviews everything with me. I get the absolute best care there. So happy with this office and staff.

Had my first appointment there today for medical dermatology. Staff was very friendly and efficient. They didn't seem rushed and listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. I felt welcome like I've been going there forever. The P. A Kyle and her assistant were wonderful! Great place!

Both the dermatology office and medical spa are amazing. I see Peter (the PA) and he's always been wonderful. He sees me for emergency appointments (same or next day) and always gives me informed treatment options.

Kyle is a rockstar PA! Love her! I know I'm not wasting my time if I set an appointment with her, she always gives me sound advice and recommendations. I just had my mom go and see her and she loved her too! Love the whole WNY Dermatology family. I also see Sarah in the spa for massages and get hydrafacials on occasion! Just an all around great group of people that truly care and are there to help their patients!

This is a wonderful office and a wonderful group of people. I have brought my two sons in to see the PA, Carrie Dreibelbis, and she has been tremendous every time. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but she is also very friendly and approachable with a wonderful "bedside manner"! She takes her time, explains everything in detail, and answers any and all questions we have. The office staff has always been very friendly, and we have never had to wait more than five minutes.

I have been a patient at WNY dermatology for over 3 years. Today was my last day as a patient there after being treated very disrespectfully by a PA and medical assistants, one of which called me and told me I was a liar and therefore they were discontinuing my prescription for my acne. I have always told the truth and take my personal health decisions seriously. My primary PA was on a leave of absence so I saw a new PA who assumed I had not been truthful based on the notes within their system. This is a medical practice who is more concerned about their liability vs.the treatment and care of their patients. I am a college student in a PA program and I have definitely learned how not to treat patients after my experiences with this practice. Patients are people with feelings and should be treated as such. I would not recommend this dermatology practice as they do not respect their patients.

I highly suggest a different dermatologist, office is severely lacking in efficiency and communication. Extremely long waits for average doctors at best.

I truly enjoyed my visits. I was promptly called. And the doctor was very nice, through, and patient. The entire staff works together as a team from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor. That’s very important.

I had a terrible time here. It was obvious that I was just a number to them. It was my first appointment with any dermatologist and the PA, Peter, made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. He hardly talked to me before prescribing 3 things and treated me like a textbook. Then, he gave me three options and gave his own personal opinions about how he felt about two of them, swaying me to the remaining option. He was not gentle at all and some problems during the process could have been easily avoided, like snagging gauze on my jewelry and ripping at it multiple times. He got blood all over my dress and had absolutely no reaction or empathy to that. Blood, all over my dress, and he tries to crack a joke about me going to work later. Yes, I did have to go to work meeting later with that on. He then quickly told me about the prescriptions, answered none of my questions, and then quickly left the room. It does not matter how smart a doctor is if they can't clearly relay to the patient what all their options are, what they are being prescribed, and what is going on. Going to the doctors office, let alone a dermatologist, is a vulnerable experience and this doctor left me feeling nothing but more scared and frustrated about the reason that I came in in the first place.

The people there were wonderful kind and understanding. We were concerned to my daughter might have cancer and couldn't find an appointment until the end of July or early August. I was told to keep coming back because they did not have a cancelation list and I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. My daughter has been seen, screened, and cleared. I believe this is one of the best doctor's office in New York. I always get treated with pleasant people and attitude. Dr. Naz is very caring about his patients. He thoroughly examined my psoriasis and gave me the best option to treat it. I don't have anything but nice things to say about this office and would recommend to anyone.

The staff is very friendly and they take good care of me. I've been to 2 previous dermatologist's here in wny and didn't have a good experience. The waiting time was very good here at Wny dermatology and the experience in itself is second to none. Dr. Nazareth is a very wonderful doctor and would recommend him to anybody.

I am so pleased with WNY Dermatology! Hands down best experience I have had! I went in scared of what the outcome of my appointment would be and left so relieved! I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
