Every time i go to this office the staff treats me with care and kindness. Starting with the front window, into the exam room and finishing with check out. Dr. Naz is by far the best in his field, taking time and explaning every step of my treatment. I have and will continue to recommend these professionals to everyone i know.

They were very unwilling to help, and at one point told me they had an appointment, and then said that wasn't true they didn't have any any appointments for months! Despite the fact that I can't wait months. This is a problem with most doctors. If you aren't already a patient you can forget get any help.

I have been seeing Dr. Nazareth and his NP and PA's for a few years now. They are very friendly and knowlageable. Any questions or concerns are addressed with care. It is very easy to get an appointment as well. I have also visited their spa and it is amazing to say the least. All of the staff at Western New York Dermatology and Healthy Complexions by Western New York Dermatology are super friendly and helpful. I send all of my friends and family there.
