WORST URGENT CARE EVER! I wouldn't event give them one star!

My fiancé and I went in July 14th for a Covid test. We were told about 7-10 days for results (which other places are 3-5 days). When we were there to be seen the nurse that came in the room yelled at me for being there,   and said she was around people with covid and we didn’t need the test. She then went outside the room and talked to other coworkers loud about our situation. 22 Days have now gone by and still no results! I have called every single day saying I need my negative results for my boss to be able to go back to work or a note saying my 14 day quarantine was over. The people on the phone replied that there was no results currently in and hung up. I have called over and over to get results and finally was able to get a drive thru test back in 5 days! I will be contacting the department of health because this is absolutely ridiculous.

In short, I got a coronavirus test here and it took 12 days for the results to come back. Everytime I called to see what the status update was they gave me attitude for calling. I missed so many days at work that I scheduled another test in Niagara county. It was at NCCC and my results came back today. 1 day results vs 12 day results. Drive thru facilities test their samples on site while immediate care ships their tests out to quest diagnostics. Do not go through this process like I did. Get it done at a drive thru facility organized by the state.

The fastest ER alternative. I was scheduled for a 930 apt for blood work, arrived at 9, and have been waiting currently 1103. There were 2 other people waiting to be seen. I get it, not an emergency but I sat alone in the waiting room for 45 minuets with no one else. No staff asked why I have been here for so long or did anything until I finally asked what's the wait shortly before 11.

The staff are all very friendly. I went in for Covid antibody testing and was in and out in 25 minutes very happy with how they handled me. Dr. Joe was super friendly and very informative. As well as Valerie I took my blood for the antibody testing she was very thorough.

I just got back from visiting this location with a very painful back muscle strain. When we entered I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful receptionist. She even helped my husband work the coffee maker. The nurse who took us to the room was very pleasant. The PA was very professional and attentive to my problem. I was very glad I went there and would not hesitate going back when necessary.

Very nice people! Wait time is about the same as any medical office. Staff looks tired and overworked! Turnover rate with stafff is high! They make them work long insane hours! It’s a shame! They should care more for their employees!

Horrible! My husband went in near the time they were closing in the evening with a horrible ear infection, they told him to go to a 24 hr. Walgreens to pick up the script and wound up sending it to Tops which was closed! Totally inept!

Fast. I came in today with a severe migraine and I was checked in quickly with the utmost respect. I sat for less than 5 mins and was called back. The nurse and dr were nice. The dr had me on iv and iv meds right away all within a half hr of me stepping foot in there. THE FIRST place who actually did something about my migraines and referred me to a specialist.

Worst dr.s ever very rude. No other patients were in office but it still took over 2 hours. An when I was being released they didn't even explain anything to me or let me know what the diagnosis was.

Not nice behind the desk and horrendous wait time to just get a shot! Bathroom was disgusting and smelled. Never visit again, if I didn't have to come to this one I WOULDN'T!

Made an appointment online. I was being seen within the hour. Very good experience all the way around.

Everyone who worked there was so kind and the service was very quick and efficient. Definitely going to come here when I need an urgent care!

I’m writing this review as I wait in the room to be treated. This is my first time being to am immediate care in about 8 years. I have waited in the waiting room for over an hour and now they finally check me into a room and tell me they don’t know how long the wait will be because they actually don’t have a doctor here. I wish I would have went somewhere else. They should have provided this information at check in. This is unacceptable.

Friendly staff and practitioner. We were in and out under the hour on a Wednesday evening. Were prescribed the needed medication. Good experience:)

Just moved to Buffalo so no Primary care doctor yet. WNY immediate care offered me quick and polite service. From check in to discharge was just under an hour (on a Sunday, no less). They did a rapid strep test which came back positive and by the time I reached Wegmans my prescription was ready.

Do yourself a favor and don't ever go to this place. Talk about Deviating the standard of medical care. This place is an utter joke. The receptionist are more concerned about pass due bills, other then getting you seen for your problem.very very rude staff.and don't forget to mention all your health problems cuz if u forget 1 thing they will negligently keep u in pain and cancel your scripts and tell u now u gotta go to the hospital.don't ever go here! This place is better off closing then what it's worth to go here.joke

Staff is super nice! The PA that saw me was so caring and nice! The intake clerk was very nice! Clean. All in all there about an hour.

I feel scammed by this place. I went there with a dislocated shoulder, hoping to have someone reset it. After checking me in, I waited in the for about 15 minutes before I was called back. I spent another 15 minutes in the room before a very confused looking doctor came in just to tell me she didn't know how to reset shoulders. She left, came back 15 minutes later and said I should get an x-ray. I straight up asked if anyone there knew how to reset shoulders, to which she said no. So I declined the x-ray and left to go to the DeGraff emergency room to get treated.

A few months later, I get a bill in the mail for $145. For what exactly? I called to contest the bill, and was told I had to pay because the doctor "saw" me. I guess if you count looking at me for a few seconds to tell me she couldn't help me as "seeing" me. I have a simple question - if you knew you couldn't treat me, why check me in at all? I will never go to one of their facilities ever again.

The staff was so pleasant and kind to me. It was so refreshing to have people be so kind and truly concerned for my well being. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem and treat me. I couldn't be more thankful for them. They saved me! I walked out feeling 100 percent better!

Extremely unprofessional, rude & racist staff, my daughter has been having fever, they sent the prescription to wrong place and had to call and request them to send it to our assigned Pharmacy but they refused to do so and even I was told that my daughter has never been there, though I have all the paper work that shows she was there
