I worked with the sales rep Kevin, he was terrible! He is a fast talking salesman, it's ridiculous. He was extremely uncompromising. Wouldn't recommend going there!
I called Mohammed on Monday to inquire about obtaining a new car and by Thursday he handed me the keys! My credit isn’t the best, but Mohammed assured me he could get me in a new car and he delivered on his promise. He worked tirelessly, even on his day off, to get me approved for a loan. He even dropped the car off to me at my job. Talk about customer service!
Mohammed is a class act and his customer service skills are second to none. He made me feel valued and not like I was just another sale.

JOE NUSS IS THE BEST SALESMAN YOU CAN ASK FOR! His team is unbelievable and they really helped me get in the vehicle I wanted. Chris, the finance manager really explained how the entire leasing process works. I learned a lot from them. Mike Romano is the general manager and he really made me feel at ease throughout the process.

Just signed my second lease with Kia Yonkers. As expected, they did not disappoint. I strongly recommend speaking to their sales Rep Victor Sulca. I intentionally went directly to him the second time around since he took such good care of me the first. It's very evident that he is one of their Elite sales reps. He clearly has a niche for taking care of his clients and ensuring we get what we want and are truly happy when its all said and done. It was no surprise when I was picking up my new car that there were several other customers picking up new vehicles that he too represented. Another common thing that was noticed.we all had smiles on our faces. Thank you Victor and Yonkers Kia!

The only reason why I would purchase another Kia is because of Criss Castle. She has got be the most professional person I've ever dealt with in all of Yonkers (population 202,019).
I went to Yonkers Kia for an oil changed and I was in and out. Jermaine Johnson was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him questions about my car. He gave me a phone call when my car was ready and a free car wash! Great customer service!

I just leased my 3rd car from Kia and I have to say this time around was one of the best experience I’ve had car shopping! I’ve been car shopping for two months. I’ve tried other dealerships and I did not get the amazing deal or the attention and knowledge that I received from Kia. My salesperson, Sebastian, was absolutely amazing! No pressure and understood everything I needed at the price I was looking for. Honestly, when the final price was given to me I didn’t even have to bargain because I figured it was fair enough. Happy 4th of July everyone! I want to share my experience so that businesses like these don't take advantage of people and Service members of the Armed forces like me. I am an active duty member of the armed force and was station in New York, while their I was in need of a car so that I could have liable transportation to one place to another. I was impress on how Yonkers Kia made a first great impression and how kind their staff was when I spoke to them over the phone. I spoke to a really pleasant sales man that was working hard around earning my business and gave me options on my loan since I didn't have enough credit. I had to put down a BIG down payment, which I didn't have at the moment, to get approve on a finance loan so long story short I was convince on a lease but I needed a co-signer (father was going to sign). I was rush like crazy since my father was in another state and there all the pleasant treatment was gone out the door it was like I was in a whole new dealership.they drew out the paper work got me to sign and mail my father the contract to sign. My Father name was incorrect on the documents and my was too but I was assure that it was going to be corrected but they still send my dad the one with the names all mess up.later that same month I got new orders to move to Kansas and when I tried to return the car no one was whiling to help me (I Guess SCRA wasn't an thing for them to help with). My Process to move was quick so I had to take the car with me.now I have a car with a maintenance plan I cant use ($1200 which I paid) and I was told, get this, by management team they were going to refund back by mailing check through the mail to help out Service members that risk their lives for this country (what BS) like me. There focus is not customer service! There Focus is to be all nice and friendly get you in the seat and sell! Sell! Sell! I promise you once you return to see them is a new atmosphere …. Its been 10 months and every time I call I get transfer someone answers and then hang up or the usual " no one can answer at this time please leave your name and number and we will contact you as soon as possible" which is another way of saying IF IT MAKES US MONEY. Do your research before you walk into this dealership and don't fall victim of people who only want to see $$$ dollar signs!
