I went over to YONKERS Kia to replace my 2019 Optima that I had purchased 2 months ago because it was totaled in a car accident and I ran into Sebastian Sanchez (salesmen) he was very professional, kind and helpful in obtaining my replacement Optima.

After having checked deals with about 6 dealerships I decided on going with Yonkers Kia. I ended up with the Kia Optima and while the car may be great what really made my decision was our sales person, Victor. Victor was very genuine, motivated, and willing to work with me. At no point did I feel coerced into making a decision and once I did it was a relatively smooth process. I can honestly say if every experience with them is the same as mine with Victor was, I probably won't be looking much further than Kia again.

I’ve been coming into KIA for a year and a half now and I must admit I truly love the service they provide here. I wouldn’t change my KIA for any other Kia location. They’re always so welcoming and are just as concerned about my vehicle as I am. The staff is great! Jermaine Johnson the service advisor; is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Always keeping me updated with my vehicle and warranty which I highly appreciate. Waiting time might be a little long, but that’s fine they provide treats and coffee at the loungue area with good movies.

I called for 60K Maintenance Service quote and over the phone Jermaine Johnson (most likely not his real name) quoted a price of $319.00. I came into Yonkers Kia for 60K service and was given the price of $398.00 - $80.00 MORE than the phone quote. To make matters worse, they wrote up paperwork for 45K maintenance instead of 60k. When I called Jermaine back to request paperwork with the accurate information. He said, he gave me the maintainance discount on 45K maintainance service and he refused to correct the error.
They won't go out of business but they lost a good customer. They're very dishonest and soooo sleazy. Never ever would I go to this dealer. Its a poorly run business which is sad as its minority owned. I would not go to that dealership ever. STAY AWAY!
Came in to Yonkers Kia after 2 years and 11 months I saw that I had no tire iron in the back of my vehicle I spoke with Darwin the GM and with no hesitation he was happy to provide me with one and I think that is a plus in my book. Thank you Yonkers Kia
We were forced into writing a 5-star review to get the rate we wanted. As soon as we signed the papers and left with the car, we were unable to get anyone on the phone to address some problems that came up about the lease. Don't expect ANY customer service once you walk out the door. For context, this was our second lease with this dealership, and this was an awful experience. The first time, 3 years ago was great, but they lose their good associates very quickly. Now we know why.
