I have a sewer back up. Joseph was on time to snake, ready to go, equipped and very well informed. He did the task perfectly with a full range of positive ideas to support my future concerns. He was very congenial and courteous and understanding.

Great and friendly service. They answered all my questions and they were very good and efficient. Joseph Neuhaus replaced a gas water heater and removed the old one. He was very friendly and cleaned up when done. I would suggest this recommend them to all my friends.

What a GREAT experience with them.
We're 1400 miles away and our furnace shut down (16 years old).
30 degrees inside the home.
Called them on a Friday night, and they responded immediately with emergency space heaters.
By the next morning (Saturday) they were there installing a brand new furnace. AT A GREAT AFFORDABLE PRICE!
What a terrific company. Very very pleased with them.

Absolutely positively undeniably the worst in the business. Management does not respond to calls. Even their techs acknowledge this fact. Think of any experience you have had with the phone company but Ritter is 100 times worse. They push the aging population of Buffalo to buy products they do not need. The installation is then done incorrectly, and the ongoing service is cartoon-like. They do bill very effectively and endlessly. Run away and don't look back. They are terrible.

Our furnace went out late on Dec. 25th (Christmas night) and we woke up Dec. 26th to 61 degrees in the house. I called Z &R at 8: 00 am and by 10: 30 am the problem was fixed and we had the furnace back up and working.

Very professional. Answered all questions with patience, very polite and considerate. I would highly recommend Rob and Shawn from Zenner and Ritter.

Came out for an estimate and trouble shooting for a hot water tank and insisted mine was inoperable and needed immediate replacement. Was going to cost me over $800.00 and I was charged $100.00 for them to just look at my tank. The tank ended up needing just a new element and it is working great. The company refuses to refund the charge as hot water tanks do not qualify for such a credit. Unfortunate they are not very focused on customer service and far more concerned with their volume of work.

Sam and his associate were courteous, efficient and thorough. He explained in detail what he would do and how long each procedure would take. Great job.

Chose Zenner and Ritter based on a recommendation from family, and after going to several other companies for estimates. I am happy with the work but required a few calls for follow-up after installation of two furnaces, as one was not entirely sealed. They did come out and fix the issue, and I’m satisfied with everything now.

Zenner & Ritter did a great job installing my new A/C and furnace back in July. Today, I thought I had a problem. They got a technician out to my place right away and he did a great job explaining that everything was fine with my system. He also checked to make sure that my humidifier was working properly and adjusted it.
