Zenner and Ritter send out tech to my home very quick. Jim put two Nest thermostats on my boiler system. He is patient, clean and thoughtful. Knowing boiler system better than new SMART HOME products, such as Nest thermostat. The only reason I put 4 star is he is not very familiar with putting nest thermostat onto a boiler system. It took him about 10 hours to finish installation. And I was told that we need to buy two more thermostats in order zoning boiler system. In addition, they are pricy.

After you guys being here 3 or 4 times you finally sent out someone who knows about my system that you installed. Rich was great. He jumped into the problem and hopefully solved it. From now on I will only have Rich come out here for my service needs. It feels good to finally have someone that I can count on. Thanks Rich.
