AAA Auto Wash, Cincinnati OH

I will never go back there. They only vacuumed the mats but not under them. I had some mud on my car the manager told me it came like that. Wow. I came to get it washed. Never again

The guys that clean there were very friendly very fast and efficient service but they didn't do all that good of a job on cleaning out my car but I guess in order to great car detailing u have to pay the highest price ‍️‍️ no thanks!

This location is poorly managed. It has always been stifled with lazy employees. I came today to have my car washed during office hours, but it had already closed. It’s not even raining and won’t rain for another two hours. I was told that the manager, Logan, was eager to close early. This is terrible considering I pay for unlimited car washes. This is poor management. I’d rather transfer or cancel my membership if this continues.

They clean the inside and outside very nice. It doesn't take them long either. They are friendly and are very clean about things

My car looked like it just came off the show room floor had plenty of experience at that car wash used to go with my dad. When i was a kid over 50yrs experience

You're better off getting an automatic car wash some where else for cheaper and then detailing the interior yourself since you'll be doing that anyways. Just got my car washed. 1. No matter which price you pay you seem to get the same car wash attention. 2. The detailing is plain insufficient even when there is no rush. I have had to re wipe the interior the last 3 times I've been here. Dash and console were not touched at all.

The cashier for may 7th at 4pm was rude as hell because my AAA card #'s were faded. She treated me as if I was a liar trying to get over to save 4 funky dollars. I'll never spend my money there again. Its a better way to speak to ppl.

Love this place! They treat your car with respect and always do a great job at making it look super nice. I stop here any chance I get when I need the truck washed

Got my car washed and spent like $24 because I needed it cleaned inside and out. The guys were sloppy. Did not even wipe off my dash. I had to adjust my seats cuz they had them all pushed forward all the way. I think they could have done better for $24. The lady who collects the money is a nasty person with an attitude. Customer service, people.really.

They do such a good job for the same price range of other places that dont do half of what they do!

This is a CAR WASH! They do a great job. Inside and out. I see a lot of complaints about cup holders and such but again it is a car wash. Their detail shop is open in the spring if you want all the nooks and crannies cleaned. BUT PEOPLE THINK YOU GET A CAR WASH INTERIOR VACUUM AND DETAIL FOR $26. NOWHERE IN OHIO CAN YOU GET THAT. With that being said I love this car wash and it's employees!

The car wash is fine. But my car wasn’t vacuumed all that well. It’s not bad for the price. Being your AAA card to save a few bucks.

Terrible service. I ask the attended to wipe off the excess water on my truck today. He stated we dont do that. It was the elderly employee drying my vehicle with the black rim glasses.
I ask him for drying towel so I can dry myself.he just gave me the evil eye.

Not going back. I ordered the full package and they didn't wipe down the inside of my jeep at all. I had to ask twice for them to finish the job. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about.

The difference in quality from wash to wash is dramatic. I foolishly tossed my receipt before noticing how awful the back of my car looked. Since AAA has taken over and gotten rid of tips, you have to look your car over with a fine tooth comb before leaving. At $20+ for a premier wash with tire dressing, it's getting harder and harder to go back.

Positive is that guys washed car just in 5 min. Negatives is that they vacuumed interior, but missed dirt under seats

Morale and leadership is not very good. The guy who started drying my car got a phone call and walked away. The other guy got mad and didn't do a very good job at my car.

Pretty quick and friendly service. The interior of my car was already clean, so not sure how well they would have done otherwise. Not much detailing work and left some smears on the windows, but the car came out clean and the wax job looked good. I wiped it down with a towel just to get rid of excess wax and soap. Overall a pretty good wash.

Pay the $24 wash "the best one" they run my car tru the washer. And the inside of the car wasn't even touch! Like I even tip the guy and he just keep on going. I just wonder the kind of people you hire. I felt like I was just robed and the guy just walking away with a front attitude. Worst Service I ever seen. Keep the $ I'm not coming back not even for free wash. That being said, this place deserve 0 stars.

Horrible cleaning job, I didn't realize they closed at 530. I was there at 515ish. I thought they still closed at 7, so I'm hoping coming in at 515, maybe they was in a hurry to leave since it was almost closing time. Normally I have great service. They definitely did not vacuum, did not do the Windows and did not wipe anything down.
