AAA Auto Wash, Cincinnati OH

I pulled up, they saw my bike rack and said “nope”. I got out of the car and just asked to get the car sprayed down and the inside vacuumed. A guy said he’d get a manager, I waited a bit and no manager, just another guy to come out and say “no bike racks” with zero explanation. Bad business. Poor customer service.

AAA now owns this car wash. And they have added all new machines which is a soft cloth that will not damage your car. AAA members now get a discount when going through this car wash.

Service is horrible. Nobody wants to dry your car. They stand around laughing and smoking while you pay for full service but only receive the automatic wash. Spend your money elsewhere

Friendly, & Service was quick.but quick service was exactly the issue no attention to detail at all. Did not vacuum all of the inside of my car or wipe down the dash board. Main focus seemed to outside of car but that was still dirty too. But save additional effort for actual AAA members

Inside of car not completely vacuumed. Threw my papers all over the back seat (when I took it in, papers - about 10 sheets - were on one side). Got back in my car and papers everywhere. Windows weren't completely cleaned. Not as good as they used to be.
