I love my shift and Dept, small frustrations, and because of weekly changes to see if it will work for Amazon as a company. They recognize quality and hard work and couldn't ask for a better boss, Danny is very knowledgeable on how to improve your numbers, he does try his hardest to assist you in the other inner dept jobs to help you acieve your future goals!

I've worked here for a year now and I love it! Great management, always willing to motivate & help you do better at any job you're assigned to do. HR is extremely nice, helpful & willing to make your job easier for what's comfortable with you & your lifestyle.

What a welcome addition to our community I remember 15 years ago when I used to pick corn in this field now we have this beautiful 900,000 square foot for Film It Center I ordered the part the other day for my computer and got it in for 14 minutes now just kidding it took about 2 hours but it came right out of this building they are so helpful with everything in the community as well as our schools check out the check-in page with our dog Duke on it they used it for their website thank you Amazon keep up the great work coach zarlino

High paying job but manners are rude and you most of them don't care about anyone and the training program is joke they just show you how to sign in and scan and leave you to figure it out. If you are lucky you may get the one good manager and someone to help you but even then it's still luck I seen people next to me doing nothing been there forever and people working hard leaving. Basically it's all about the numbers you have the numbers good if not you get fired.

This place is a great big giant unorganized ass hat. Everyone that claims this is a great place to work are literally on crack. This place is a junkie box.

Pros: if you work a 12 hr shift the pay is good
Cons: some managers are nice and respectable others are rude and disrespectful. Although my trainer was very nice and I sincerely liked him, a combination of the noise and his heavy accent made it very difficult to hear and understand 80% of what he was saying. Some workers have extremely intolerable body odor. Your raises are 25 cents every 6 months. The ERC (Employee Resource Center) is a joke. It is outsourced to another country where they have a hard time comprehending anything you tell them. Anything you do need they can't fix in real time it has to be submitted and can take 24-48 hours.the same time it takes for an Amazon Prime package to get delivered! One ERC rep tells you no something isn't possible, the next says they will submit that very same thing that you were previously told wasn't possible and nothing comes from either call but then if you get an email from Amazon and reply with the issue it gets fixed no problem from an actual rep at the Etna warehouse location. Definitely some improvements to be made.

It sucks it not were anyone can go just workers because i want to buy a guitar tuner and i only like going in building shopping i would not even put one star but that's the only way i could post this.

They let people fill out an application knowing that they aren't going to hire them. I applied in October and am still waiting for an orientation. Then they tell me to come redo a drug test. They give no answers other than " we are working hard to schedule orientation dates" it's bs. They just wait for employees to quit so they can bring other people in. Everyone is disposable to them. I'm done trying. Don't waste your time.

Horrible place to work. Hardly any co worker speakes english, 12 hour days, refuse to hire full time as temp.

I work in the afe2 where I do packing, rebinning, and induct. And it's pretty laid back. Some of the managers r nice but definitely perfer Sunday- Wednesday than backhalf
