Ambiance Nail Spa Rookwood Voted Best Manicure & Pedicure, Cincinnati OH

I have been looking for a new place to get a pedicure since moving to Cincy and I had nothing but a tremendous experience! I was serviced by Kent who was extremely nice, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. It was super efficient, clean and relaxing. I did a basic pedicure for $33 with an extra 5 minutes of massage ($5) and my nails have never looked better and I have never felt this good leaving a nail salon! Everyone was friendly and helpful at the salon.

I started going to Ambiance to get SNS manicures and haven't stopped coming back! I love the ability to make reservations via their website (they are extremely responsive) and they are always so organized that I never have to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time. My favorite techs are Andy Lu and Henry - they are both the best when it comes to SNS! Pro tip: If you pay in cash, you receive a 5% discount. You also cannot tip on credit cards, so remember to bring cash to give to your tech!

I love Ambiance! I have been getting my nails done here for about three years and have loved my experience. I have gotten mani/pedis, gel nails, acrylic nails, and everything in between and have always had an amazing experience. Not only do I love Ambiance, I have taken my boyfriend to Ambiance of their "man"icures to help with dry skin, and he has loved it too! Every time my nails have come out amazing, but if you don't like your nails or mess them up before you leave the store, they fix them as well! I am making another appointment right now!

The technicians are very attentive and considerate. However if you go at the end of the day, you might not get the hand massage. Other than that I’ve had a great experience here! One odd thing is that tips must be in cash and you get a small discount when you pay for your whole service in cash. There is an ATM inside if you forget.
