Genevieve has been a helpful and responsive property manager. I have texted and emailed her and gotten quick responses. She also helped with a problem of a utilities overcharge!

Genevieve answered every question promptly and was always willing to go the extra mile to help when we needed it! Very happy with our experience at AH4R.

I had to find a rental for my family in less than a month from out of state. I found American Homes 4 Rent to be extremely responsive and now upon moving in am still seeing this to be true. Property manager Genevieve Neller great to work with and prompt to answer questions.

After a few bad experiences with a couple other rental companies, we reached out to American Homes 4 Rent and from the start they have been so professional and the communication has been outstanding. We have dealt with Anna Schoppenhorst and she has been so nice through the whole process. Very informative and helped walk us through the application and picking a house we absolutely love. We look forward to our upcoming move and can’t thank Anna and American Homes 4 Rent enough for everything. We will definitely recommend them to anyone searching!

We have leased from AH4R going on three years and even through the pandemic. Genevieve and her crew have been professional, responsive and helpful through it all. Even with a recent water heater going down we had a new one in and installed the next day. Highly recommended.

I just recently moved in and upon calling the Maintenance department for service, (Jacob), he promptly set up my appointment and addressed all my issues. The maintenance guy showed up on time and was very professional.

Quick response and attention to some repairs Jacob was courteous and understanding as I explained the issues going on - So far I’m impressed with this company and their service

The gentleman I spoke with, Jacob, was very kind and informative. The gentleman that came out to help me with some minor issues was very professional and even explained the problems and how to fix them in the future (if possible). He did his job exceptionally well and was pleasant to be around. I am very happy with the service that I have been given so far!

Dont rent from this company. When you move out they make up stuff to do to the house you rented. They charge you all kind of money when they didnt do any thing to the house when you moved in. Trying to get maintenance done is horrible and they dont want to fix any thing. They raise your rent every year. They are the biggest RIP off. Dont rent from american homes 4 rent. Customer service doesnt contact you after calling them for 2 months. I rate these people a zero.

Very happy with the interactions I have had so far with this company. There have been minor and major issues that they have tended to in a very timely manner at my new rental.

This is my first experience renting from a company. I have only rented from owners in the past so I was a little nervous.

I submitted my application, within a day they reached out to me stating what price range I was approved for. I found the exact house I wanted and signed the lease online. The process was quick, easy, and simple. The house that we are renting is beautiful. Everyone we emailed/talked to with this company have been extremely helpful. Very happy with complete process and home.

Moving from AZ to KY - AH4R has made the move very easy. My proctor agent was able easily enter the property. The rental was very clean and well maintained. No strange smells a plus:). The AH4R staff has answered all of my questions in a timely manner while going through the application process and the systemic way they have the application and transactions records set up is very user friendly. The UI is easy to use. Our walk through was easy as pie and Richard Poe was particularly friendly, easy to chat with and answered all questions. He did not miss anything in making sure that we were set up for success in our new home. Thank you AH4R for making our move to KY so stress free.

Follow up: The maintenance response and follow through is top notch! We had an issue with the dishwasher and a small mechanical issue with the oven.both items were immediately addressed and the dishwasher was replaced with a new one. Stupendous and friendly service - synonymous with American Homes 4 Rent!

Love the ability to view houses on your own time. Had some initial issues with the application approval but was resolved pretty quickly. Once we decided on the house we wanted, the process was very effortless. The walk through with Justin was thorough and his responsiveness to my follow up emails was very timely. Got the keys on 2/14 - water heater replaced 2/16, another appointment to look at door locks this week. Everything has gone pretty smoothly since which makes the process of moving a little less stressful.

The house we moved in to had multiple maintainence issues from day one, but the coordinator Jacob Woodward was always there to help. I am grateful that he took a personal interest in making sure my family and I were taken care of.

This company is down right ridiculous, there are hidden fees that they don’t speak with you about until after you have moved seeming like they’ll try anything to keep your deposit. They don’t want to do anything in the home far as maintenance wise! They charge you all this money to live in these homes but don’t want to do anything for you their were 8 AH4R on my block they all moved out the same time frame I did and was told the same reason why they moved out down right wrong I would never rent from the places ever again! Charging me $300 for a full interior cleaning for a toilet that was cleaned. Charging for light bulbs that were perfectly fine! This company is horrible
