I hate going to these places because I'm a terrible misanthrope but the staff was efficient and attentive and tried several things to help me with a particularly gnarly problem.

Went to this apple store, as my daughters phone just stopped working. Waited almost three hours for a repair since I was still covered by the warranty for them to come back and tell us that the phone was not able to be repaired. Bad business.

When you walk in you have no idea who works there, and who is the customer. There is no customer service. It's so crowded, like an 80s coffee shop, without the coffee.

Great people here. Really care. Yes they go through the trouble shooting stuff but they have to. In the end they swapped out my iPhone X. Thanks guys!

Great store, with a friendly and helpful staff! It was very clean. I did feel like i got tossed from person to person. Which i did, i guess, about 4x before getting someone to handle the situation. They were very kind and helpful. They were also very efficient and had us out of there in no time. Still having issues with the phone, but it's not their fault that i didn't get a Galaxy S!

My daughter had her phone in recovery mode and we both didnt know what to do, so we went to this apple store and Eathan who was assisting us and got my daughters phone running! WOW! Was this place I suggest you going for all your apple needs! Thanks Eathan!

They don't negotiate too much but I still like the place.

Very rude staff checking us in. The service tech was polite but after an hour and 15 min wait when we were told it would be about 30 minutes it was frustrating.

Having to spend 4hrs in a store isn’t something you look forward to on a Sunday. But the staff helped me resolve an issue with my phone, they spent hours trying to diagnose an issue. Long story short, the manager and the crew made sure I was comfortable and continued to offer me the simplest things to keep me happy, outstanding customer service!

One of the worst experience I ever had and not once twice on this location. I let it go once but even if it happened twice it made write this and you can’t be so disrespectful to anyone and I was the customer in the store. Disrespectful bastards

My girlfriend took my old iPhone 6 up here to get a battery replaced and somehow they broke the volume keys and refused to fix the battery saying it’s a 3rd party screen (which spoiler alert it’s not) I’m not sure what volume keys have to do with a battery. However, then refused to fix the phone thankfully Verizon helped us out. Highly recommend taking your apple products elsewhere. These guys will break it, tell you your sol and you can buy something else.

The staff is super friendly especially Andrew! He spent close to an hour dealing with sprint for me and called them multiple times to ensure my phone was working properly. He maintained an amazing attitude throughout the entire process and should be recognized for it!

Love Apple.but.went in last night to buy a Apple watch.walked around and passed by at least a dozen employees not taking care of anyone. Not once did someone ask me if I needed help. Could have sold a watch and Apple TV 4k! Just FYI.

Wide open and spacious store. Very crowded though. Couldn't find a place to park. Huge variety of product and accessories. Service was good too

Great customer service. Nice selection. Way too overpriced. I left the store and ordered the Beats headset online while walking to my car and saved $40.

My boyfriend and I went to the Apple Store in Westlake today. His phone has not been charging. The person who helped us took her little flashlight tool to look into the charging jack and told us the battery is corroded and the phone will never charge again. She gave us expensive options on how to solve the problem which would require getting a brand new phone. I also want to mention, the phone was still under warranty but nothing was offered for that. We decided to go to the Sprint store instead. At the Sprint store, the worker cleaned out the charging jack and the phone started charging right away. Needless to say, the “Genius bar” at the Apple Store might want to consider hiring some sprint workers since they clearly know Apple product better than the Apple workers. Genius Bar or rip off bar? I don’t recommend this Apple Store.

Apple is the worst. I needed a question answered and gave them a call. I waited for 20 minutes and hung up. Decided to go the the store. I found parking and paid for it. I was approached by a Apple person and he put me in the system. I complained about my phone experience and was told they get that all the time. They only have one person answering phones. Unbelievable!

Had an issue with my Apple Watch. Amanda helped me out and was able to get me an upgraded product with very little stress. Also had help from the manager Victoria and associate David. Great service and friendly staff!
