Applebee's Grill + Bar, Independence OH

Excellent service, family-friendly. Our server was fantastic! I had a burger, kids had the grilled cheese, those meals were very good. Husband had the ribs, he said they were just ok. Reasonably priced.

The place isn't bad and it's open late which is nice. The food can be hit or miss along with the service. It is never consistent.

Ordered the broccoli and cheese soup, and it was watery & pathetic. The club sandwich was not much better. Pretty atypical of my normal visits at other Applebee's.

Did not mention $1 margaritas on May 5th and they were not on menu. My friends and I bought more expensive drinks when all we wanted was something quick and cheap. Bartender said cheap margaritas were low quality. Of course they're low quality! Who goes to Applebees for high quality? I'd still like to have a choice! Store manager was also confrontational and rude.

Staff didn't handle the restaurant being busier than usual. We had problems with our bill. It was handled quickly and without additional issues.

Service was horrible. Management nor waitress said a word for service or why it took over an hour for food. Had to laugh when employee was at hostess station eating while I was still waiting. Will need to reach out to corporate.

Nice experience. The food was very tasty and we had good service from our waiter and even another waiter in our section who we bugged for a few extras we ordered.

Service very poor. Food brought to wrong tables, wrong side dishes served, didn't bring refills when ask. Would not return to this Applebee's.

Absolutely delish! September, my waitress, September, made my Sunday dinner an excellent experience.

We enjoyed this visit very much. Staff was so exceptional we asked them to move to Pittsburgh and run our local Applebees!

It's okay I ordered the shrimp I wasn't the same as I usually got there the kids their meals were good wasn't very happy with this place

I Applebees they always have some type of sport games on which was good because It was NBA Finals. The food is always good we had Ribs Shrimp & Chicken the 2 for $27 not bad for what you get. Plus a Strawberry Margaritas

Went there with my daugjter, she found a hair in her food, manager comps her meal and gives her a card for next meal free, go back a few months later they served us chicken that wasnt done! Never again, done with Applebees!

Pretty standard as far as Applebees goes. I'd appreciate if they stopped trying to sell me alcohol during my lunch break though.

Horrible service. Waited a half hour at a table and didn’t even get water. People kept walking past us? Many table were open and people were not being seated. A large party of people even left. The tables were unclean. When we we seated the table we were suppossed to go to was not even clean so we were taken to another table. The table next to us was even complaining about suop being too cold. Need better employees. The employees here are very undertrained and inexperienced. Don’t go to this applebees especially when it’s busy. You’ll be dissapointed and you’ll waste a lot of time, especially if you are on a date!

I ordered the oriental salad and it was really good but. I would suggest on asking for a extra cup of dressing)

We placed our ordered and than 15 mins later the waitress came back saying they ran out (shouldn't have be 101 in the restaurant business, if you don't have it inform your staff asap, and your customers). Waitress would stop by our table 5 time in 5 mins and then go 15 mins without checking up. Not a very good Applebees compared to others.
