Applebee's Grill + Bar, Xenia OH

The service was amazing. Our waitress was kind and quick. It's the food that is the problem. It was gross. All of it. Down to the coleslaw and ranch. The ranch tasted more like tarter sauce with a sweet kick, we were told it was house made. The coleslaw was spicy and slimy (old cabbage slimy). Chicken for my salad was so hard because it was all breading with little to no meat in it. Ribs were super spicy and not cooked right, meat clung to it for dear life and it was a battle to get it off of the bone. The spinach dip was less than desirable and chips were super stale. I won't be back until they get their kitchen under control. They really need to invest in better quality food and hire in chefs and line cooks who know what they're doing. Chefs and line cooks have a difficult enough job as it is and they are one of the main backbone components to a successful establishment. Get it together Applebee's, yall use to be tolerable.
