Applebee's Grill + Bar, Garfield Heights OH

Staff was friendly our server was nice and the food was hot. I'm only giving 3stars at this time due to the wait time, long wait with maybe 5 tables didn't seem busy maybe they were short staff. I would definitely come back due to the hot food and friendly staff though.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had and I didn’t even get to eat. Was told there was going to be a 25 minute wait, which I was perfectly okay with. Waited 40 minutes and never got a call. I went in to check on the time and they said time went up to an hour, but how can times go up when we already had our names down. Who ever the lady was needs to be taught some respect. Rudest service I’ve seen. Don’t recommend coming to this locating to eat.

I usually go to this location but this time I was greeted by a hostess with terrible attitude.decided to go elsewhere from the experience.

First I had to call 4x to get let someone know I arrived at curbside, everytime I called some answered then hung up. When I got home my Salmon looked like this. Smh
My second visit was as terrible as the first!
The first time they told me I had to come in to pick up my order and that was another 20 mins. Applebees in Garfield Hts DO better!

Have gone here before and the service was average. This recent visit, food had to be taken back and when it was brought out a second time, it had taken so long, that we boxed it and took it to-go. Not only did we have to return the box because we were given two boxes with food scraps already in them, but I went to eat the to-go the following day. And there is a DEAD FLY in my food! This is disgusting and unacceptable. Completely disgusted and will not go to this location again.

It waa decent I just wasn't that hungry. I got tge 2 for 22. I don't know why I got the boneless wings. I got a cheeseburger and the second I took home to mom. In and out. Not too busy.

Horrible.only got a star is because there is NOT A NEG. STAR. HORRIBLE. ORDER 2 TIMES. SCREWED IT UP. BOTH TIMES. SMH.

Nice time our waitress was super fun. No complaints and it wasn't over crowded. Food was delicious

It was ok other then them not listening to how I wanted my pop or soda whatever with no ice oh an then me finding something in it. Other then that it was ok

Went for the unlimited chicken fingers and after I got 10 they basically just gave me the check ‍️

Not a lot of variety.they always out of everything.like why.no ground beef but nachos are on the menu.no nacho chips but nachos on the menu.order boneless buffalo wings.come out cold with very little sauce.why take my order if you not going to give me what I want

We were there for a half an hour before we we're greeted by our server. Food was delicious. It was so on point my husband and I wanted to tip the chef. Oh and there were not bad margaritas for a dollar.

They sold their 2 for at $22, even though television advertising said
20. Our service was excellent, sitting was provided for 8, where my grandchildren had their own inorder to converse without bothering anyone. Our service representative made sure no one 's glass was empty (before you could ask), made sure all needs were met and when able stopped to provide conversation

The large booth they were going sit us in was dirty stickly table trash on the floor you could tell they did not clean it. It took over an hour for our Entrees that was very bad so I ask speak to manger they never came to the table. I would nor recommend this Applebees to anyone!

This applebee's service always great, could be cleaner, take the time to wipe off tables, seats, pictures on wall. Finger print w/ food on pictures everywhere from people letting babies stand-up and go crazy! Funny!

We've stopped at this location many times on our way home from Cleveland, and other times we had great service and great food. However, we stopped there this past Saturday, March 3,2018, we arrived there was 15+ tables open, and were told by the manager that there would be a 10-15 minute wait. We waited, because we were very hungry, and waited the whole 15 minutes. I've never been to a restaurant where there were open table and been told there was a wait. Many employees came around the hostess area, not having a clue what was going on, and neither did the manager. Other than that, our food was good and hot.

We arrived an hour ago and people behind us have eaten and left. We are still waiting for our food. Also No one is a happy employee here. Except our waiter, Thomas. The manager didn't know what his employees are doing as far a seating.

Went here after doctor's appointment for 7.99 hamburger special. We had the best waitress. Ashley is wonderful. She even gave me a to go cup for my mango ice tea that would have been left behind. In all of my years of going out to eat at medium level restaurants I have never been offered a to go cup for a leftover beverage. She was completely attentive the entire time and made our meal completely enjoyable. My husband and I cannot afford to go out to eat that often so it is a real treat when we do. Thank you Ashley.

Horrible customer service experience. In desperate need of employee training including management.

The food was great but the service was terrible waitress had an attitude because we asked for salad dressing she never came back to see if we needed napkins so I asked someone else then she bring it and put our receipt on the table as if she was ready for us to leave I paid and we left customer service just not right
