26Poor customer service and very very slow at helping those who place orders via mobile or over the phone. Leave people standing waiting for the food as well as being cashed out for long periods of time. Only reason I didn't give one star is the food is pretty good.
It's located close to a landfill and sometimes have a foul smell on the outside of the restaurant
Had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp it was excellent and it was part of the 2 for 20 dollar dinners
Poor customer service skills! Amy should NOT be working at a restaurant with a poor attitude. Called the supervisor & he was very nonchalant about the situation. I get home to eat my food & I discover a piece of metal in my chicken. I will NEVER go to this location again. Will be calling corporate in the morning. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very DISAPPOINTED.
My first time visiting this location. The food was great BUT our waitress wasn't. She wasn't that knowledgeable about the specials. And it seemed like we were bothering her when we asked for something. If we do go come back to this location, we'll make sure not sit in her area.
My burger was greasy and terrible it took them 25 min to get our food. I wouldn't recommend this place the only good thing was the waiter.
