23Good service with a genuine smile and the food was as expected. Just sad to see it drive thru only. We were from out of town and had trouble finding a place to use the restroom.
Picking up for Uber eats is a huge pain. Directions on app say to pick up in store, but the lobby is closed. Had to wait in the long drive thru line for 15 minutes waiting for others to order and employees to get their food ready when the Uber orders were probably already ready and just waiting to be picked up. Tried to call number listed to meet employee at door for order but they did not answer. Unprofessional.
Substandard Arby's experience, here. Got a plain roast beef combo a bit ago. Wasn't offered sauce by the window person (who was on the phone.) Fries werent hot, dry and crumbly (clearly old.) And no napkins. After pulling away from the window I realized all this and went to come in. Wasn't going to complain or ask for fresh fries, just grab some horsey and napkins. But I couldn't even go in, drive thru only. By then 5 cars were in line so I left. Look, I've done similar work and don't expect perfection. But my sandwich was greasy and gross, esp without the sauce, I tried to eat it all but threw that and the old fries out and went to Wendy's.
The service is as poor as the food they serve! Don't eat there, especially after dark. The night crew absolutely does not care! Horrible service, cold food, long waits, rude employees! Just plain bad!
It says they close at 2 and they were closed way before the time specified. Huge disappointment especially when everything else is closed.
I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and was missing half of it! I've tried calling and the phone is on constant busy signal: (
I get the Turkey, Bacon, and Ranch and it's soooo good. Light yet filling. The sandwich is big too worth the 5bucks and some change.
The staff was amazing just like the food! Best drive thru experience in a while! Plus it was almost closing time but everyone was happy 2 fill my order!
Food was hot but they under cooked my potatoe cakes, and they were smashed and broke up in my bag
Excellent place to eat. Employees on second shift are super polite and they rarely mess up my order.
I read few reviews about how the food wasn't that good.
But, I read something on their coke cups. "If your food did not delight, we would be happy to make right.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I took my son here because its one of his favorite places to eat. We got out food and sat down at a table. I was getting ready to start eatting then I seen two mice run across the floor. As if that wasnt bad enough my son's slider barely had any meat on it. We got up and left, because I was so disgusted!
We had the most awesome cashier! His name is Terrell. He was the perfect picture of great customer service. He also stayed busy cleaning the lobby between customers. This young man would make a fantastic manager if he chooses to follow that career path. Thank you Terrell for your fantastic service!
Arby's is a nice place to eat, also have great choices on the menu and everything is fresh and delicious, and the alternatives are great if you dont want pizza, hamburger or chicken. The only way to know is to check it out your self
The food was absolutely horrible there was not enough employees so the wait was long the dining room needed cleaning and even after we asked for fresh food they still brought us food that had been sitting under a lamp for a while they get two stars because the manager was very very nice and apologetic about the whole situation.
Decent food, but don't be in a hurry.they really stretch the fast in fast-food to its limit at this location
The two stars are for the service, fries and coke. The sandwich I got was the worst food I think I've ever had to the point where it made me sick! The meat was burnt, dry, smelled the bun was burnt the sandwich was tossed together it was disgusting to say the least. I paid close to $10 bucks for this and had to throw it away.
Waited 5 minutes at in-store counter. Never helped or even acknowledged. Store only concentrating on drive thru. Go somewhere else. Service horrible
Good customer service but the new screen equipment is bad. The customer side shows order but the kitchen side screen acts up.
Worst Arby's I've been to. Lack of management. Slower than molasses. Can't get orders right. Got whole drive thru orders wrong. Couldn't tell management from workers. All look confused with no motivation besides being RUDE as HELL. No apologies. Nothing. Don't go to this location till someone for corporate cleans house!
