Was traveling through Columbus and stopped at this Arby's. The order was correct, the food was very warm, and the people working the drive thru were very friendly.

How hard is it to fill one simple order, they must have thought we wouldn't miss a sandwich. So how do I decide who doesn't get lunch? Get your act together or close the f-ING store.

This one used to have extremely bad order accuracy and below par customer service but it has gotten better.
