Our experience with this store was pretty terrible. We ordered a sectional on 9/3 and was told it would be delivered sometime in mid-October, and when it didn’t come then, we were promised it would get here before Thanksgiving (we just received it today, 12/26). Our overall experience revolved around awful customer service and very poor communication. We continued to get misleading and false information, not to mention making countless calls and holding for extended periods of time to try and get ahold of someone for an update on our sectional and driving to the store to speak to someone. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is due to a small reimbursement we received after speaking to the regional manager, and the delivery guys delivering our sectional and putting it together for us. The delivery guys were the best part of the entire experience. We understand COVID has delayed a lot of things, but the lack of communication, information and customer care on their part was what made this experience dreadful.

After researching and shopping around for a new sectional for about a month, on12/19, we (including 3 children 10 and under) visited Ashley. We were promptly greeted by Mike and we went on our way directly to the sectional we were there to see. Mike was pleasant, fun, and very knowledgeable. He answered every question that we had and was VERY patient with us as we went back and forth for about 30 minutes on which color sectional we wanted. He interacted with our kids and made us feel like we had known him for years. Being in sales ourselves, we cant tell you how much we appreciate things like that. After about 3 hours in the store with Mike, we ended up with a sectional, ottoman, and dinning room table set. WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER! * side note* the Progressive leasing option that Ashley offers is a PERFECT way to get what you want and have some time to pay it off! *

Kudos to Mike and Megan the GM for treating us so well and ultimately exceeding our expectations!

It was great we got in saw a sales person Wright away told him what I was looking for he stayed with us alway till we made up our mind. And got a great deal.

Found exactly what I was looking for. They're not cheap but who wants to pay for something that is not going to last. I feel I got what I paid for. Great service here as well.

Why they would hide this place back in the middle of nowhere is beyond me.and of course they didn't have what we went to pick up so they wind up having to deliver it for free anyway.

Worst furniture we have bought from in 40 years. We bought a sectional 2 years ago, and is now ready for Rumpke! Have only bought 4 in 40 years so this was by far the worst! Not to mention the high pressure when we bought it. Should have been our first clue. Will be going to a quality furniture store next week. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO ASHLEY!

I was rather disappointed. First by the high pressure sales tactics deployed here. I couldn't enjoy the furniture because the vultures kept circling. I was there for a very particular piece that I found on their web site. I was told at first they didn't have that on their website. Then told they never carried it then told they couldn't get it. Was being forced towards another incomparable piece. I left and found the piece elsewhere. Would not recommend or go back.

I had the best experience recently at Ashley Furniture in Tri County. Ashton and Walter helped me with my purchase and were so helpful. The furniture I wanted wasn't in the store and I could only see the photos online. They helped me figure out the measurements and compared them to other sectionals and I love the furniture I received. It's nicer and more comfortable that I was expecting. I'm so glad I got it. Definitely pay them a visit if you are looking for any new furniture!

Very nice and beautiful furnishings, paintings, ect. Great sale prices, but still a little steep if you are on a budget. Helpful staff.

Purchased a bed set rich in quality and affordable price. Installation rew were quick and took care of everything. I would recommend Ashley furniture for anyone looking for reliable bed and great customer service.

I like that they stand behind their product. I love their products and that they are willing to match prices. We've bought sofas, loveseats and our dining room table from them. We've purchased and used their warranty for a small issue with a leather sofa and a chair that went to our dining room table. They repaired both with little fuss and worked with us on the scheduling of said repairs. Kera was efficient and awesome helping us with a loveseat we recently purchased!

Don't bother. The store itself is fine. Big selection. Great sales reps to help choose what you want. The problem comes in trying to receive what you ordered. Delivery is when they want and if you can't be there, tough. They will NOT work with you. No flexibility, not even an inch. I would NOT recommend shopping here unless you plan to pick it up yourself.

Bought dining rooms chairs yesterday. Rob Anderson took care us as if we were one of his family members. Very knowledgable, professional and courteous! Any future purchases will be only directed to Rob, thanks again!

Great place and good food. We have more luck sitting in the bar area because the waiters, Sharif, Bobby and Stephanie are so friendly and knowledgeable.

My family and I shopped around for our furniture for approximately 1 month prior to making a decision to buy. We finally purchased a reclining sectional as well as a separate rocking recliner from Delaney at Ashley Furniture in Tri-County. He was polite, professional, informative and not over bearing or pushy. Our furniture was delivered this week and we could not love it more. Delaney thank you for following up and keeping in touch through out the process to ensure our needs were met.

The staff was extremely helpful! Our family room set was delivered and it is the most comfortable furniture I have ever bought! I NEVER want to get up! Thank you Ashley Homestore!

This is the absolute worst furniture store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My wife and I went to buy two recliners, and we were told the chairs were in stock. We scheduled delivery, and the warehouse messed up the delivery. They brought a completely wrong piece of furniture. When this was found we were then told it would take 3 weeks to get our order correct. Then customer service, the store manager and the warehouse were totally not on the same page and have no idea what they are doing. Horrible job!

Bought a dining room table a few years ago. Shortly after the warranty (2 years), the table began to split. Spoke with the manager and was given the run around. Eventually I was told that there was nothing that they could do. After sale service with this company is terrible. Would not recommend buying any furniture from them.

Our salesman was fantastic. He showed us over 10 living room sets until we found the best one for our budget. He really was approachable and knowledgeable. This is my second furniture purchase and Morris will be my first choice in the future.

The Ashley Homestore at 11755 Commons Dr, Springdale, Ohio treated us with respect and understanding regarding our warranty. They went above and beyond to correct a problem, and knowing that they stand behind their product and consumers, says a lot about their integrity and service to the community. Hats off to them for making our buying experience a positive one.
