Honestly, I don't think they even deserve one star but had to pick something. Bought a recliner in October 2017 and we have had nothing but problems. The repair service they use to fix their furniture is just awful. The company is SAW. They order parts that are wrong, take 45 days to come back out and now we found some rando persons dental x-rays in our recliner. The repair service does not give you a copy of what they did and don't record their accessment while onsite. (I however made copies for my own records). You place calls to the repair service and they never call back. You are left doing all the work yourself. The recliner is now leaning on one side and one side has lost it's firmness. Suspect they sold us a used piece of furniture as new. Deceptive consumer practices. We have asked for a store credit but all we get is they have no record of SAW coming to our property. Like I said, I have copies of their blank work orders. Ashley refuses to make this right. Don't do business with this company nor Morris furniture of which they are affiliated. Buyer beware.

We purchased 2 couches in cash on Sunday 12/31 and were told we could pick up today 1/4 at the Springdale location. After calling this morning to confirm they would be available for pick up, I was told they were not scheduled to be available for pickup until 1/11. That is 2 weeks, an entire week longer then anticipated. My husband called the store manager and they were able to deliver 1 couch Saturday 1/6 and the 2nd couch (for our living room) will not be delivered until 1/12. They are delivering for free however I am truly disappointed as we have already gotten rid of our living room couch and currently have one chair to sit on. We were told 4 days and our couches would be available and now that is not the case.

We purchased a number of items from the Tri County Ashley Store and advised the sales person delivery was needed by a certain date for an event held at our home 2 days from the scheduled delivery date, when the truck showed up only 1 item was on the truck and we contacted the store and they told us delivery was scheduled for a week later- we were upfront with the salesperson when purchasing all items and explained that everything would need to be delivered on the same date- he said no problem I will check and he told us everything would be delivered on the same date - the sales person lied to us - all items were not delivered-
only 1 item was delivered so we cancelled the remaining items - this placed us in a bad situation - the quality of the furniture seems to be good but the actions of 1 person can ruin a relationship- we will never purchase from Ashley or Morris furniture again in the future.
