Office staff extremely unprofessional. Mandy specifically was awful to work with and the patient AND employee interactions I witnessed were not acceptable. I will be taking my $3k worth of business elsewhere. What a nightmare!

Charged $260 for appointment and xray just to be told could not repair partial. Completely unnecessary expense. Won’t be back.

Very great experience! Got me in quickly and I didn't feel a thing when having a couple teeth extracted. Definitely would recommend Aspen Dental for any dental needs. I will be back for future dental work. 10 out of 10

Dr. Modi and his team at Aspen Dental in Troy provide exceptional care in a professional manner. Giving compassion for ease of procedure to make you feel comfortable and less anxious. Way to go team!

Got me in same day and was able to extract my tooth same day. Fast and very nice dentist. Office manager is also on point.

My dad is 84 years old and he had dental work with Aspen Dental. His first appointment was rescheduled because of technician being sick. When my dad finally got in for extraction of bottom teeth, which was needed because of pain and infection of one tooth. He had new dentures made. When he finally healed enough to put both upper and lower dentures in, they didn’t align and he couldn’t bite. Made appointment for a Monday morning but I received a call on Sunday evening around 6pm to cancel because of illness again. Moved to the following Thursday and again received a call to cancel because same issue. Made an appointment for the following Wednesday but my dad had enough of this total disrespect for his health, my dad went to a hardware store and bought sandpaper and filled down his lower dentures so he could eat. We canceled the Wednesday appointment and my dad could finally eat the cheese burger he’s been waiting to eat for over a month. We will never recommend Aspen Dental or ever return.

Worst place everAspen Dental in Troy went the cus I had major tooth pain just wantted tooth out they said well u need this and this done and 10,000 dollars later basically said couldn't help me cus there lender for a payment plan wouldnt take my card and I had insurance all I wantted was 1 tooth pulled they wouldn't even give me that option

Liars. They told me over the phone my insurance was accepted and called to confirm with me today and told me it wasn't. They lie get your hopes up and then will try to charge you 280-300$

The two women who helped me and did my x-rays were super nice, however the actual dr said he had just moved here and didn’t know any oral surgeons for my impacted wisdom tooth.i left not knowing any better but now on top of the out of pocket payment i have to do on this extraction (no insurance) i have to pay for a new exam since apparently i needed a referral to see a surgeon: (

What a JOKE! I would give them a zero! My husband made an appointment and they refused to see him because they took walk-ins over the appointment's scheduled. He's in pain yet they tell him to come back Wednesday for a reschedule! Why? Apparently appointments are a waste of time! He should have canceled walked out, and then right back in! This is absolutely ridiculous! They will tell you to call a customer service line to address your concerns but instead you'll receive a recording that says no one is available. It'll hang up with no further action!

I came to this dental clinic in 2022 had an amazing experience great dentists I know this was the clinic for me.fast forward to monday when I showed up as an emergency walk in.the only benefit was the front office staff.the dentist numbed me then walked away came back as the medicine was wearing off and try to extract my tooth.after almost 10 things of medicine to numb me.it was by far the worst extraction I ever been thru. Then the helper wasn't paying attention as he cut my lip with scissors.can we get the dentist that was there february 2022 back at that clinic.they wanted a follow up appointment for some reason they never told me at all.yep I'm not going I don't trust that dentist I will find another place to go too. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Didnt even take care of the problem. Lied to me aboit gettin my temp partial that icalready paid for. Paid my balance on a tooth they didnt even extract. Now they want 19,000 dollars to fix mt teeth 4 teeth mind u. Its pathetic n way expensive. Dont help people that really need it. Just greedy.

Scam told me I had periodontal disease needed level red deep cleaning and antibiotic injections would cost me 2900 after insurance that they would finance at 30 percent interest. Saw a real dentist who did the same thing with no cost to me after insurance

Broke my top denture today and Aspen Dental will have it fixed in less than 20 hours.

Broke my front tooth and Aspen Dental, Sidney office got me in right away, the technician repaired my tooth the same day expertly, staff made an appointment for me the next day to get things back to “new”! Kind, easy to work with and friendly, great staff makes this office run smoothly! Thanks Sidney team!
