TERRIBLE! Receptionist could not figure out my insurance even though I've been there several times over the last 4 years and my insurance in on file! Took her over an hour to check me in for a simple teeth cleaning. She basically told me I needed to figure it out myself and to re schedule. HER job is to enter in the insurance info! My husband even called the insurance and let her speak to them and she said I still needed to reschedule. Other patients walked out due to scheduling and insurance issues. Overheard that a dentist was fired recently as well.will never go back!
