Aspen Dental, Huber Heights OH

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental.and boy was I in for a surprise! From the moment I stepped in until I left. I felt like they really cared about me and my treatment. I was treated with respect and concern. Even tho I had been visiting another dental group for the past 3/4 years, the dental staff here showed all of the problems that were 'brewing' beneath and below my gums.needless to say - they have some work to do on my mouth, My overall satisfaction on a scale of 1-10 (10 being high) I give Aspen Dental a 20!

I had a serious dental situation that could no longer be ignored. I went to Aspen in Huber Heights and was treated extremely well. The staff and dentist were very kind and concerned. I have to return next week for surgery. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental work of any kind.

I was there 2 hours and wasn't able to follow up because they couldn't get a hold of my dental insurance for an estimate and the lady says I'm not trying to be rude but we don't have time to deal with this and call? Really? Fair to say this place is not getting business again from me
Do your job! That isn't my problem and it was a total waste of my time! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had the worst experience here. I made appointment for cleaning and check up and when I got there they told me the hygienist got into an accident and they cannot take me for the appointment. This girl McKenna (I believe that's her name) helped me make appointment the next day and when I got there next day they told they cannot do the cleaning. I literally started crying and the lady started saying I shouldn't be crying blah blah blah.telling me about her experience at a doctor's office and that she's pregnant.

Kristen was my hygienist and she’s the best! Thorough cleaning and inspection of my teeth. I’ve been going to her for 12 years. You can’t go wrong with her.

From the very first phone call i had with these ladies i could tell i picked the right place.when i went in it only confirmed it more, I have never met a more sweet, professional and calming staff at any company, ever.ive always avoided going to the dentist and now i cant wait to go back and see everyone again.i wish i could remember specific names but when i say each person greeted me with a smile and did something in their own way to calm my mind, i mean EACH one.amazing place, amazing people that actually care about you, all of it was an experience that i would recommend to everyone:)

My experience with Aspen in Huber Heights was great. Every body the was really nice and easy to work with. The Doctor was great. He was really nice, comforting and easy going. He plays some really good old jams while he work on you. I would recommend them to any body and that's where I will go from now own.

The staff and the dentist, Dr. Scott are friendly, kind, and professional. I came into the office with pretty bad teeth. There was no criticism or judgment. They explain the work that they needed to do. Helped me in finding the financing that I needed. Excellent job. My teeth look great.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Huber Heights was very friendly. I received great service within an hour and a half. I will definitely go back.

Stay away from this location staff is horrible and that dr Scott doesn't know what he's doing topped with an attitude. They care only and only about how they can over charged for spoof diagnosis they will overcharge for procedures you don't need. Had an estimate for over 3000 and went to a local dentist got the work done for less than half that. Watch out. You were warned!

This was the worse appointment for a urgent dental need that never got fixed. I was told I needed the rest of my top teeth pulled out which was a LIE. I do have issues with my teeth but not like he said.

My experience at Aspen Dental was great and I would recommend anyone that need dental care come to Aspen Dental. The staff was very friendly and very professional.

If I could give a 0 start I would. Free initial consultation my touch as they will send you a bill about 6 month later and if you contest it they will try to destroy your credit with negative reporting. DO NOT go here

My experience at aspen was horrible went her to get upper dentures they look crooked in my mouth then when I called about my permanent dentures she tell a me that I haven't paid for them! So I spent over a thousand for a temporary? So I decided not to go back just lost my money but I will say this Dr.an staff really nice but whomever they have making there dentures needs replaced. Insurance company are looking into the matter

The Huber heights Dentist office was well worth my drive. I live over 40 miles from their office in Huber heights. Very friendly, accomadating, extremely affordable. I cannot say enough about the Dentist that helped me extract my tooth. I didn’t feel it and he was quick. It healed quickly and I was in no pain.thank you to all the staff.they will have you in and out in no time. Highly recommend

I really felt honored to be there, I was treated with respect and the whole staff was very professional and freindly and did a great service to me.

The Dentist is extremely patient and listens to his patients. Sam is also awesome and actually everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Thanks guys you did an excellent job

I would recommend their services. All the employees and the doctor were nice and they know what they are doing

Customer service was wonderful, updated technology, great atmosphere and knowledgeable professional. I love Aspen already.
