Aspen Dental, Huber Heights OH

More than just a great dentist office. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I couldn’t be any happier. Went in with tooth pain and Dr. Scott mad me feel very comfortable knowing that I was very nervous. His assistant was helpful as well she went over everything and set an appointment for follow up. Young lady that wrapped up my vist was so sweet, it’s a reason why you deal with customers. Overall I would rate more than 5 if I was allowed ️

They were all extremely rude and the dentist seemed annoyed that I was asking questions the only person that was nice was the one who took my xrays everyone else I dealt with was very rude. Then they charged an insane amount of money for the next procedure without even finding out what my insurance covered. Was the worst experiance I have ever had at a dentist

Just started going to this office and I am extremely happy I chose Dr. Scott as my new dentist. I just love how caring and friendly everyone is here!

They made lower dentures for my wife and they did not fit properly. They then made another one which did not work either. We were there four times for adjustments, to no avail.
We finally turned them back in, under their 100% money back guarantee. They did not credit US the full amount, stating they "had costs invested they needed to recover".
That amount (over $100.00) is now in dispute with our credit card company. The 100% guarantee apparently doesn't mean the same thing to them as it does to me. Oh well!

Everyone at Aspen was incredibly friendly and professional. I received excellent service in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions about my procedure.

Dr. Scott and his entire staff are skilled, competent, courteous professionals. They gave me my Cheshire Cat grin back. Everything they said they'd do, they did. As major as a dental procedure gets.near total extraction, dentures. Completely satisfied that I got what I paid for.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I walked in with no appointment was checked out, had a consult and had the work taken care of all in about two and a half hours. I'd give ten stars if it were an option.
