Very good experience. Derek Pickle is a very knowledgeable salesman and James Crawford worked to get me an excellent deal on a CPO A5. Pick up was efficient, Dalton had everything ready and I was on my way in an hour or so. I would highly recommend their team.

I leased my first car here and it was so easy. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting a new car should be a fun, stress-free experience and it was exactly that!

Andy made this all possible. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car at Audi. Will be going to him again once my lease is up!

Mike Hulgin is the best.

As a faculty member at Ohio State University and former Sunday School teacher, I highly recommend Mike Hulgin of Audi Bedford.

An anchor of my law school training was research - - in looking at cars,
I have researched Audi prices and dealerships across the state of Ohio and talked with various sales consultants.

Mike Hulgin will work with you to give you the lowest price (new, used or lease) in the tri - state area.

If you don't go to Mike, you are just giving money away - - ask for him when you call or go in.

Since I live about 65 miles away from the dealership, they valet my car when it is due for service, and leave me a loaner to use while my car is in the shop. Excellent, excellent service!

I live on the west side of Cleveland and I can not imagine taking my business elsewhere. The sales team is so wonderful and so helpful. Andy went out of his way to answer any question and make me feel like the center of his world.

I had a great experience with this dealership, I would recommend it. Came in looking for a used car and was helped by Jim Cameron. He was professional and helpful in answering all my questions. I felt that he was very knowledgeable and trusted in his advice. I would recommend Jim if you are looking to purchase a new or used car.

From the moment you walk into the dealership you realize that this place is one step above the rest. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I started working with Jim Cameron for my next Audi and he was the absolute best! He answered all my questions, took a lot of time with me, and even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any more concerns. I have always hated the car dealership as much as the dentist but I can say thank you to Jim Cameron and Audi Bedford for changing my mind!

Absolutely horrific experience from beginning to end. Rude and aggressive during the buying experience, followed by shockingly unprofessional behavior thereafter. If you're set on an Audi, I would recommend the Middleburg Heights and/or Mentor dealerships instead.

Great service and delivery from Andy Marson on Saturday. Identified a 2018 Q7 on the lot and completed the purchase in just a few hours. Record time compared to other dealerships. Andy was most thorough on the delivery experience as well! Great place, terrific team!

I went to a different dealer initially to look at the same car and had a horrible experience. Andy Marson and the team at Audi Bedford made the whole process easy and the follow up/customer service was 5 star. Andy took my calls and got the deal even while out sick. Thanks again!

Brought my A8 for diagnostics i herd noise 2k before my warranty ran out, they said i need new tires, i changed tires 2 months later and noise became louder, now they are saying no record of my visit, Service manager wasn't helpful at all

Derek Pickle is a person and not just a salesman. He communicated efficiently and made my entire process seamless without ever feeling pressure. Even when I requested videos to be made as I am an out of state buyer, he would let me know exactly when they would be ready. If you want to be comfortable, ask for Derek.
