We worked with Andy Marson. He was wonderful. Professional, helpful and patient. He really worked with us and got us the car that we wanted. If you want to get an Audi, go see Andy. So happy we went to Bedford.

I just bought my second car from Audi of Bedford after getting 5 years of solid, ethical, and convenient service on my first Audi from John Scott and the rest of the service team. When it was finally time for a new Audi, Andy Marson made finding the exact car I wanted simple, fast, and stress-free.

This is the first time I’ve ever been impressed enough to purchase from the same dealership twice. Visit these two guys and you’ll see why.

Andrew Marson worked with me to purchase a used vehicle. He was very polite and informative. Andy seemed to genuinely keep my interests in mind through out the entire process. I will definitely consider working with Andy and Audi of Bedford the next time I am looking for a car.

Michael Miller is great. I bought 2 cars here and most likely will acquire another Audi soon. Why here? Because the service is outstanding. The service team goes that extra mile to meet the client's needs. In many organizations it is a lost art. Not here.

Just purchased a vehicle through Audi Bedford out of state. Dereck Pickle made the entire process a breeze! He is very informative, helpful and polite. I was able to be in contact with him at all times, even on his off days. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealership. Be sure to ask for Dereck!

Car buying should never be stressful and Andy Marson did the exact opposite of that for me! From start to finish Andy made my car buying experience a breeze. He was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Follow ups with Andy have been great. He has always taken the time to email me back anytime I have had a simple question. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Andy!

I would also like to thank George and Jeff for all their help they provided to me as well through this process. The AUDI team of Bedford is my dealer of choice moving forward!

Their service department operates on consumer ignorance and bottom line greed. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and to find the cause of loud noise from front tire. Was told the front rotors were warped and that I needed new tires. The service advisor said he wasn’t going to rotate the tires because it was pointless. (This should have been a clue as to what was to come.) I insisted on the tire rotation and he begrudgingly complied. I passed on the rotor replacement and got a second opinion from an reputable import shop that specializes in Audi’s. Incidentally, the noise persisted. The import shop told the front tire was wearing unevenly (scalloped) which caused the noise and my rotors were fine. Moreover, the shop could tell based on rust, that the tires were never rotated - even though I was charged by Audi of Bedford. In hindsight, the SA didn’t rotate the tires because the bad tire would have made noise at its new location, thus negating his BS claim of bad front rotors. Shame on the service advisor and shame on the dealership that enables such business practices. I have owned 4 Audi’s and consider myself an enthusiast, and I will never do business with Audi of Bedford again and encourage others to follow suit.

Here is my story. I have a very unique Audi and this is understatement, so the time has come to sell it. I posted my Audi on website and got a call from an interested gentleman who is from another state. I know my car is perfect it’s 100% and I didn’t need to be reassured but this gentleman wanted to order an inspection with an Audi dealership and he also say he’ll pay for inspection. Now I know that there is no service department that will say that the car is perfect needs nothing because service department needs to stay profitable and on top of everything the dealership would rather sell their car first. So to be honest with you I knew this inspection would be kiss of death and I would never hear from this gentleman. In reality my Audi past their inspection with flying colors in this buyer from another state got a report needless to say in three days he came over and wrote me a check for the full amount. My experience with Bedford Audi first of all is 100% I know these people are honest and I’m not trying to make a quick buck on unsuspecting customers. I will never use another Audi dealership except Bedford Audi. If I could give 10 stars do this service department at Bedford Audi I would.

I also appreciate his service to our country. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for any car – new or used. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
