I'm a self-pay patient scheduled for surgery in less than 48 hours, and I pray the surgery goes much better than my experience to date. I've known from the start that payment is required up front from self-pay patients. I think it's a bit unfair to require full payment up front before any service is rendered, but I can understand the need for such a policy and I agreed to it. My extreme dissatisfaction comes into play when the Beacon "Collection Agents", erroneously referred to as "Patient Advocates", refuse to provide me with a reasonable breakdown of the charges similar to what they would provide to any insurance carrier. They claim that such a breakdown can ONLY be provided after the surgery is complete. I've tried my best to explain that the estimated charges had to come from somewhere, but they refuse to recognize such logic. I am 100% confident that no insurance company would pay the bill that I was forced to pay in advance of my surgery. This policy is grossly unfair to the self-pay patient. I would think that the customer that pays his bill in advance should be entitled to the same or better treatment than the insurance companies that can take months to honor a claim. Beacon should be ashamed of their blatant disregard for the rights of their self-pay patients.

Dr. Argo - Surgery put me 100% "back in the game" at age 57 from a SLAP procedure. I had been in pain for the past 20 years - wish I had done it sooner. Therapy is a must, but brace yourself - it's EXPENSIVE!

This office was incredibly efficient. I was really impressed. Although the doctor visit was brief I felt listened to and cared about and got what I needed. Great experience.

Dr. Argo is amazing. Office staff are helpful and sweet. Be kind to the lady checking people in at the front door. It's not her fault that loved ones cannot go in due to virus. I was not so kind. My bad.

Dr. Argo and his PA have been absolutely amazing. They explained everything to me as a parent and have made sure my daughter (Kendra) has had the best care. They are compassionate and caring and I really appreciate the way they make sure my daughter understands her care, restrictions, and what she needs to do. They talk to her at her level and age of 14. No question goes unanswered. They have made a stressful situation into an easy one. I am very appreciative of the care they provided before, during, and after her surgery. Thank you.

It's corporate and has all the pitfalls of such. I have never and will never give corporate medicine a five star. That said: The doctors are knowledgeable, staff is friendly and helpful. Within the constraints their employers places on them.

Doctor gave me a couple options. Informative, and language I can understand. Would recommend up to this point.

The doctors are very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, helpful, and caring. The ONLY place I will ever recommend or go with an injury. Awesome!

Everyone at Beacon is very friendly and I was very informed of my issues when I left. They made a difficult visit easy to handle.

I normally see Dr. Burger, but he had no appointments when I was available. I trust that all the Beacon doctors are good, so I chose a doc by specialty (shoulder pain) and my available dates. Dr. Koo, whom I saw, was great - just as I expected. All my questions were answered, and his manner was enthusiastic and respectful. I received xrays and a cortisone shot, and was in and out in 20 minutes!

I felt cared for and important. Everyone was great. Kudos to Robert for being attentive and gentle.

Had a very positive experience. The staff were very professional and even though I needed x-rays I was taken in promptly to have them done. Everything went smoothly. Dr Burger took the time to explain and go over what he found from my tests. Totally satisfied.
