Excellent patient service/care, but watch out on the billing end. They made me responsible for $450 on a knee surgery, which was the amount over the amount the insurance company would pay for that procedure. I was never told this prior to the surgery. They DO NOT offer any full payment now, cash discounts. Still, a good place overall.
I was originally referred to a different group for my knee. After one visit I requested to go back to Beacon. They have consistently provided me an excellent level of care. They have rebuilt my shoulder, fused my neck relieving me of many years of pain, as well as others. Their follow up care is also excellent. Nothing but the best.
I wish I had found Beacon sooner. They are very good. In fact my brother is coming all he way from the Detroit area to Cincinnati for their care.
