Beckham's B & M Bar B Que- North Randall

1/23/22 I order a polish man, leg and thigh with fries, wing dings and fries and the polish boy with wings and fries. Waiting on order and tracking, order delivered but to the Marriot and not my home. Call B&M to let them know, she says oh I thought you were calling because I forgot to put the polish boy in. I confirmed address which was correct the Manager said its door dash fault and door dash said they were given wrong address neither wants to refund. The food is good but this is although never didn't receive a order but 3x missing items when dashed and had to drive to fix order

First visit to Beckham's B&M Bar-B-Que on Miles Road in North Randall, Ohio. I stopped for lunch. I enjoyed a brisket sandwich on a bun, fries which are an extra cost and an ice tea. The sandwich could either come on white bread or a bun with a smear of coleslaw - an option. An option for the fries is to come smothered in a mild sauce. They have lot of items on their menu. I dined in. A steady stream of customers came in to order take-away on a Tuesday lunch time. The number of customers tell a story of loyal customers. The dining room was clean and the tables are staged for social distancing. The food came quick and at a good temperature. The counter lady taking orders is nice and friendly. The meal was O. K. Next time I will try the ribs or pork meals. The take-away orders were for chicken, ribs or pork meals. I recently moved to the Cleveland area and they offer a Polish Boy sandwich which seems to be a local sandwich. There is plenty of free off-sreet parking at Beckham's B&M Bar-B-Que.

Ribs, wings, French fries and sauce are really good. I tried the brisket it was so so, it was a little dry I didn't get sauce on it. Service was a little quicker with my online order than when I have ordered as walk in previously. Way too long as walk in. Hopefully improving on that.

B&M barbecue is now a tradition in the Northeast Ohio. Not as old as a couple other establishments but has come on strong.

Food good, but service is poor. Workers work at a very very slow pace. Especially during peak hours. Wait time to long.

The short ribs were great! My issue is the wait time at the restaurant after I placed my order over the phone and was given a ready time of 10 minutes. Upon arrival and paying for my food I waited an additional 45 minutes in the restaurant

Ordered the Thursday specials, polish boys and whiting dinner. After waiting 20 + minutes they told us they didn't have whiting. Another 20 min wait for replacement dinner. Fish was good but too salty

The food is delicious but the wait time is ridiculous!
I ordered online and the food was supposed to be ready by a certain time. The food took 30 minutes longer that my previously given wait time.smh.

I had to pick a star but truthfully they don't deseve not one star. Very unpleasant different prices one B&M to the next. Attitudes on cell phones not clean rude nasty.just don't.

The service was not that great and the smell in the restaurant was horrible they need to take care of what ever that was, can't go back there any more

B&M serviced our family's catering needs for a recent funeral repast. The food was EXCELLENT in temperature and flavor! There was an adequate amount and a nice variety of items offered. The customer service from the staff was professional, courteous and comforting. We appreciate B&M!

I've always loved B and M. I was there from the beginning on Hayden. My concern and anguish is that I no longer live near them and it's a challenge to get from Akron to Bedford. I wish they'd open up closer to my way!

1. Nasty BBQ sauce 2.coleslaw leaves something to be desired. 3.catfish was not fried properly too soft but dry maybe under it been sitting under heat light cuz it was dry

Placed my order online and when bi came in to pick up my food the lady cooking the food tells me we not taking any online orders.but they took my money. She was very nasty about it.like it was my fault they forgot to deactivate the online order systems. Well after waiting for her to call the company and verify my order I got my food. I want do an online order with them again.

There’s obviously a new cook in place at this location because her ribs&chicken were on point! It’s a shame that this cook isn’t at the Lee Rd.and Oakwood locations. I was ready to cross B&M off my list but the North Randall location has changed my mind. I will be back!

The food is excellent. The service is poor, and that's being generous. I placed a pickup order an hour and a half in advance and it wasn't ready until 30 minutes after it should have been. I was speaking to a nice gentleman who had been waiting almost an hour. And on top of this, they left off an entire half slab rib dinner. Sorry if the truth hurts.

I ordered food and they waited until my friends food were done to say my order had to be exchanged because they didn't have the meat when I had already paid for it and waited 20 minutes for it. The chicken I got in exchange was tiny and burnt and the fries were too and the sauce was sloppy and all over the place. My friend had giant chicken in his and we ordered the same thing.

This place Deserve no stars look how they keep the food out. I wouldn’t ever eat here people this is just nasty and definitely a health hazard.

Sonia Beckham is the most pleasant person I have met she is friendly and knowledgeable and she has a awesome personality love to come there I will tell all my friends about B&M love the food I love those vegan boys. Mac &cheese and greens like wow I will be back
