Beckham's B & M Bar B Que- North Randall

I call in advance to place order, I had to call 4 times. Finally the female answered and told me to hold. Well she forgot to actually put me on hold, and I can hear every people ordering. One thing If they were busy, but they wasn’t cause I heard silence after orders and her talking on her phone. So she forgot I was on the phone. Then I walk in place (still on the phone with her) nobody is in line. She says how may I help you. So she just left me on the phone and was never coming back to it. But when I was in place I watch her do it to someone else who called in to. Smh food is good but service gets worse and worse
