I was dissatisfied and disappointed when I found out that BBB could not help me any further and did not manage to get a response from the business with whom I had problems with. They were very efficient in sending responses back to me but no progress in my case.

Thanks BBB for quickly resolving an issue I had with a business. Direct communication with a business wasn't working but got resolved quickly once I filed it through the BBC complaint system.
