Biddulph Family Dental, Brooklyn OH

Refused to work on my daughters teeth due to her being nervous. Took a day off of work and lost out on money to have to deal with a dental place worse than hudec. We transferred here due to the poor service received at Hudec dental but at least Hudec never refused service and NEVER made me or my child feel the way we did with you. My child is 11 years old and scared of needles going into her mouth. YOU AS DENTIST SHOULD HAVE EMPATHY AND COMPASSION instead of insisting on not completing her work. Disgusted buy the actions of this place. Shame on all of you.

Great experience! Front desk staff was very welcoming & friendly. Got me in right away. Dr was very nice! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly there were too many things bad to write about this place but right off the bat, the receptionists are so rude I would never return because of them alone. The dentist was very brief when answering my questions if at all. There was some drama going on behind the scenes and that was all the employees could talk about. Will not be returning.

I just recently stop going there after I was told by the Hygienist that she felt it was nothing more she could do for me and I should go somewhere else for cleanings. Well it was a good thing I did because I found an excellent Hygienist that has gotten things under control like never before. It just goes to show, change is good sometimes.

Front desk is rude. I don't think female dentist know what she is doing. Stay away there.awful. Care about making money not the patient.

The only good thing they do here are cleanings. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ELSE. Rabady did TWO fillings on a tooth that fell out within a month both times. I wasn’t going back a third time. She doesn’t even wait long enough for the novacaine to kick in. I had to tell her to stop because she immediately started drilling and I could feel it! Not to mention they lie about having cavities just to get you to pay for fillings. I declined getting them “filled”. Fast forward a few months to me going to a new dentist & they tell me I don’t even have cavities that need filling! They also informed me that the tooth that had the filling fall out twice, now needs a crown because it was so poorly done! Don’t waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Alrabady is the only dentist I'll visit. The atmosphere is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Took a quick look at my tooth and said he was sending me to oral surgeon at metro. He wasn't going to make enough money because of my insurance so billed my insurance for office visit n pushed me off to someone else. All about the money.

This place is the best been going here for years.my whole family and all my friends come here.they do the best work and there prices are out of this world.there family here every one here are great.the waiting area is very nice if your in there long enough.i don't think I ever had a long wait here they get you in and out.dr nassif is the cutest who wouldn't like a great handsome dentist working on your teeth

And I confert him he was so rude and got smart mouth

I am extremely disappointed in the way they handle business, you literally tell someone that you don’t have time to type out a letter that might I add should already be a default letter u send to confirm that the patients received all procedures to move on to the next steps with their dental care with other doctors such as Orthodontist, and you come out your mouth and say you don’t have time, well I got plenty of time to say not to go to this dentist office ever for nothing they are extremely unprofessional and then they tell u to come to a appointment 1hr early to fill out one paper and then make you sit and wait a whole hour after your appointment to even be seen and then everyone that came after you leaves before you. Eww I’m so disappointed in this so simple situation

I've worked here for 6 years. It is the nicest office I've ever worked in, with the most up to date instruments and equipment. I love all the doctors. I would trust them all with myself and my kids. There are a lot of new friendly faces in the front office, which makes this an enjoyable place to work.

I went there for dental work and even took my 3 year old for his first dental check up. The staff are so friendly and caring. The dentist did great work and the dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth was awesome. Even the women at the front desk were just so nice and professional. I highly recommend anyone who wants to be treated with respect, cared for and comfortable to go here for dental work. Definitely worthy of five stars.

They dont even deserve one star.i went in for a cap after a root canal.i have partials of my 2 front teeth.the dentist was adjusting my partials and broke the hooks off of my partials. To make a long story short, they said they would repair them and would take 1 day so i left my partials and came back the next day and was told they were broken so badly that they need sent off for 2 weeks meaning i would have no front teeth for 2 weeks.they said if i want teeth while waiting for 2 weeks i would have to pay out of my pocket even though the dentist was the one who broke my partials.so if u have partials or dentures dont go there because if they get broken this is what happens! They dont care about their patients all they care about is money.my insurance company called them and explained to them that i am on government insurance that i cant afford to pay for my partials and dentists response was "just because she is on medicaid does not mean she cant afford it". Worst unproffessional business i have ever seen in my life!

Been coming here off and on for awhile. Short waiting time. Always able to get me in right away. From same day appointments to an appointment just a few days after I call. Very understanding of how anxious I was/am. Dr. Lakhani is amazing!
