Biddulph Family Dental, Brooklyn OH

Beth was awesome, Cannot say the same for receptionist at desk. Made me feel Un welcome. Maybe a Dale Carneigie course would be helpful.

All I can say is EXCELLENT! I expect bad service these days but when it is good I want everyone to know. I have never been to a doctors office where 1) I get in on time 2) don't have to sit in the room waiting all day 3) has a staff this nice and 4) is very reasonable in price. I mean you can not beat $93.00 for a cleaning and x-rays! If you need a dentist you need to make this one yours!

I really didn't like going here, the female dentist gave me a crown a while back and it did not match my teeth at all from the color tothe size and then iI was told she would not fix it unless I paid $800 which remind you she is the one who messed up should not be on me to fix her mistake, never go there again!

I've never had a problem with this place. Ive been coming here for years for my cleanings and work if needed. I do agree with some of the other reviews saying the front desk could be a little more friendly. Great dental office!

Receptionists are rude and dismissive, and billing is a nightmare. They sent me a bill when I called and inquired about it they said it was sent by mistake now a year later I get a bill threatening to send me to collections. There are plenty of dentists avoid this one!

The people that work there are very disrespectful.they scheduled me for an appointment for 9 am Tuesday and they don't even open up until 10. I called and was told that I was not scheduled for that day. I cancelled my appointment and will never go there and feel sorry for any one that does.worst experience ever to go to the dentist and didn't even make it in the door

Biddulph Family Dental is amazing, except for the awful front desk. The front desk women are extremely rude over the phone and in person. It's a shame that they give such a bad first impression for a group of amazing dentist, dental assistants, and hygienists!
