Bob Evans, Westlake OH

I get the same server every time I'm there she knows my order I don't even have to place it oh, very fast and excellent service.

Place makes solid food. But, don’t bother ordering online unless you don’t care about when you get your order. I have never received the order at the time estimate. Just eat in.

Caramel mocha coffee is really good. Food was okay. Server could be a little more polite and she was very short with her tables acted like she didnt even want to be there

I was visiting relatives and stayed in a nearby hotel. I love Bob Evans because the food is always hot and delicious. Our waitress was awesome and kept checking on us and refilling our coffee. Highly recommend it!

Pretty good. Had a gift card. My husband really loved his chicken breakfast thing. My burger was dry but okay.

Normally I love Bob Evans but I ordered hashbrowns that were nasty and my sister order home fries that were fried in the French fries and were nasty. With being in a pandemic you would think they would be more concerned with quality so people will come back. I dont eat out much because I have no immune system regardless of the pandemic. I was really disgusted by the food. The waitress was very friendly. If they can just serve quality food now they will be alright.

The food was nasty and the service was so so, never came back to ask if we wanted anything else. Just brought the check. Would not go back.

Have visited this location on many occasions. The food is always good and the service is great.

Lost my phone. Called them & an employee found it. Went back & they had it ready for me.

Service was slow. Biscuit was dry and hard. Not their usual standard. I ordered the honey biscuit and chicken meal. There was no honey on the biscuit or butter. Will try another store.

Food was better at breakfast than dinner customer service was good at breakfast poor service at dinner

The service was excellent, but the food was mediocre. The kitchen staff did not seem to be on top of things.

Server seemed irritated that we were a large party. I think she need an extra hand and couldn't get it. Good tasted great

It took 45 minutes for us to get served their signature breakfast (we were there before they got busy). There was nothing complicated about our order, we didn't ask for any changes to it. When we finally got it, the pancakes, French toast, and my over easy eggs were overdone, and her scrambled eggs were way underdone. The waitress spilled coffee on our table three times, and didn't clean it up.

We didn't finish our meal, and left upset.

We would not recommend this establishment.

Standard Bob Evans, good fast service, friendly staff, good food, I have no complaints and cannot understand why someone would give this place a bad rating. I also did not ha e a wait. WhT I like about BE is weather I am in Ohio, Maryland, or Florida it is consistent.

The staff were sweet but the food was nearly inedible. I ordered an omelet with sausage and cheese. The amount of grease in it caused the eggs to peel apart in very unnatural fashion. The hashbrowns (I asked them to deepfry) the oil was obviously filthy. I was sick for days. We will never ever eat at any Bob Evans restaurant again! NEVER!

Use to be a lot better the place is getting old and can use some updatinf. The food is ok nothing to write home about.

The dinner started poorly by receiving not one, but 2 sets of soiled silverware. Ordered pot roast that was very tasty (all two forkfuls of meat). I guess they must have ran out and tried to hide it by putting it between the potatoes and carrots and covering with a lot of gravy. If it wasn’t for the 2 fresh biscuits I would still be hungry.

Worst Bob Evans I ever ate at and I normally love their food too bad the service didn't make up for it either.we had a rolly polly grease ball hobbling around the restaurant who was very unpleasant to wait on us.had the runs for a few days:/
